Amazing! I also did a lot of work on lead guitar, and now switch to chords. By the way I am trying to transcribe your blues composition. Lovely chops on a IV chord :)

Yes to the chord question near end. 2nd thing that frustrates me is getting a chord and then trying to transition to the next chord that may be elusive or going my own way to something that I think feels right but can’t put it together to make it sound like what I hear in my head. Don’t know if you can fit that in 12mins….lots there. Maybe I just need to sit there longer with it. But then I feel like it dilutes in my head and I lose orientation and then fades then get frustrated. Love your videos, always fresh.

Thank you! When you feel tired or frustrated just stop and come back when you are fresh again. This is not about how fast you can get it done, it is about slowly building your ears. Hope this helps!

So essentially, learn how to play by ear by actually doing it from the get go instead of doing other exercises that don't directly improve it and hope for the best...
I'm going to do just that, thanks
It's very tough and frustrating for me because I'm bad and I'm slow, but I guess it's the most direct way because the goals u mentioned are the exact goals I'm aiming for

For some people (myself included) it is very slow and tough in the beginning but if you stick with it you will improve past your wildest dreams. Get after it!

This may sound stupid but your first example actually made me feel, felt a bit sad. I know intellectually music should move you but I spent to much time on technique and hyper busy and complex artist never realized all that noise is nothing but anxiety and kaos in the mind.

Don’t worry, me too! There is always time to evolve and be honest about what you really like in music.

Can you tell me how I can manage or revise my huge list of songs which I learnt by my ear because daily I learn many songs and forgets previous songs

You need to define a repertoire that you want to keep coming back to and slowly add to those songs. It is not possible to remember everything unless you play it often.
