- My system for small venues. A very balanced system. Up to 200 people.
2 x 1100RMS on the subs @ 30-100hz
2 x 700RMS on the tops @ 100hz-20khz.
Usually I use the subs on -10db. Here, for the purpose of the video, they we're set on 0DB which is the max you can do from the dsp.
WOW the 905 are very punchy, love the combination of the art 710 and the 905.
Rcf is the best, I’m 11 yrs old and I do home DJing and the rcf gives the correct sound and bass
Not the best in the market, but the best price/quality ratio. But I must admit, the studio monitors Ayra Pro from RCF are simply amazing. They beat monitors that cost double.

Do you think these would be good with art 712-a mk2s? Is the same crossover setting as you are here with those best or a cut at 80hz instead? Looking for an affordable but powerful subwoofer mainly for pumping techno tracks. Can't afford more than one subwoofer to start with though. Thanks for cool videos!
Hello. Yes, they work really good with the art 712 tops! But you will need 2 subs for 2 712's

Hello! Two 905, for sure! They are much better than one single 8003sub :) However, going with 8003, you can grow bigger in time.

Awesome! Why did you prefer the 10 inch insted of de 12 inch? Does it sounds better in the midbass frequencies compared to the 12 inches when used with subs?
Thank you! In that time I also had the HD32 and i wanted something even smaller. 710/712 are amazing. Like, too good for the money.
talking about 10 inch speakers…how many people do you think that the rcf TT1 are able to cover if i try to get the maximum bass out of them?
If you want bass, dont buy 10 inch speakers. They are not made for under 80-90hz. You can run the TT1 full range, it will sound amazing, but it will run fast out of power. Maybe 100 people. Maybe. With them hipassed at 100/120hz you can cover over 200 people.
I'm going to get one of these and 2 of the art312a mk4 tops, that's my max budget right now, how many people do you think it can handle? maybe later I will get a second sub, any suggestions on set up with one sub and those tops?

Hello Mike! With one sub and 2 312 you can handle about 100-150 people with no problems. It depends on what kind of event it is. 40-100hz on the sub. Everything above 100hz goes to the tops. And with the volumes, you can play with them until it sounds perfect for you. The sub will clip early. Its not the limiter, its just an attention that you are at 0db. You can leave the red light flashing. Its no big deal
@@DobixIdealSound 150 sounds great, my aim was a max of 200, just be doing normal electronic dance, top40 music and that's about it, surprised you said it clips early.
Well I ordered today, in the end it was one of the 905mk2 subs and 2 of the 712 mk4 tops :-) hopefully have them in a weeks time :-) that's the budget gone for a while :-( My dealer just kept on saying stretch it to the 712's there amazing !
@@DobixIdealSound I see what you mean, a bit surprised how early they start clipping, red limiter light flashing, but it's definitely nothing to worry about you say ? Very impressive amount of power though for a 15" sub.
As I only have one sub at the moment and 2 of the 712 Mk4's I'm running the sub on Setting H2 (40hz to 80hz) delay at 0 and -10 db, If I get another sub I will probably go to H3.
First I will see how it goes with one sub up to 150 people and maybe buy another later.

Lows don't go so far like mids and highs.
Nice video. I have 2x RCF 732 mk4 and not sure which subs to buy to match them. Thinking of 2x RCF 905 AS II , or 1x RCF 8003. Your thoughts? Gigs are mainly wedding halls up to 300 people , running live vocals and music. Playing Balkan style music.
Hello! For mobility, SUB905. For power, SUB8003. I would go for 8003. Better subs overall.

@@harisavdic2214 For the 90% of the events, yes. In big rooms, you will need 2 subs. The 732 get really loud.

Hello! No. Maybe 4 x 905ASII. But still the sub8003asII subs will go significantly lower in frequency.

hey.. your speaker system is against the light. but still have a good quality of sound. how much did you spent for that?
Mr PLankton Hello. The subs are about 1200 euros a piece and the tops 500 euros a piece. So about 3400 euros for the whole system.

About 200-250. It depends on the location and what kind of event it is.

Hello! The covers are home made and the wheels can be found in shops. You can find almost every colour. They are not specially made for speakers and subwoofers and can be found easier.
Ah Okay, did you just simply Made holes in the Subs and tightened it with screws? Or did you have to Put in a screw thread, before you tightened the screws? Best regards from Germany
Where are the difrents beten the sound to the 8003 mkII like punch and max dB
8003 mkii has more spl and db. Is a better you. 905mkii is more portable.
Theres alot people who confused by the dsp well the is it true its gain so you should set your mixer first then go up -20db? They sound like there on l1 lol
Mobile Disco Wirral -20db is to low. I run then at about -12 to -15.

Hello. Yes...even more. But I recommend to go for 712 is you want to use it that way. It will be much better.

Salut, sunt indecis ce sa iau intre 710 si 712 pentru evenimente pana in 60 persoane, la mai mult de 60 am un sub 705 , care nu as mai vrea sa il car dupa mine cand am evenimente mici , 710 imi face cu ochiul datorita dimensiunilor , este o diferenta mare pe spectru de joase intre cele 2 modele ? multumesc !
Salut! As merge pe doua 712. Sunt chiar ok si fara subwoofer. 710 nu prea au joase. Ai nevoie de sub la ele.

Salut. Suna bine, dar as incerca sa cumpar boxe/bași de la acelasi producator. Niste topuri de la rcf care bat yamaha dzr15 sunt NX45. Si se potrivesc super bine cu basii 8003.

Claudiu Muntean Salut! Inainte de 905as 2 chiar 8003as2 am avut. Prefer 905-urile. Nu e diferenta mare la sunet dar sunt mult mai portabili.

Un bas super ok la banii lui. Dar recomand sa fie folositi in pereche. Si 8003 si 905.

Preset H2 (cand ai topuri pe 12 sau 15inch) si H3 cand ai topuri pe 10inch. Fara delay, puse pe la -10db.
Hi ! Thats a really a lot of bass. Can one 905 as give that chest punch hit from kick and bass playng psytrane. Is there a lot of deference from 905as and 905 as2 except thedsp kontrol on the back of the box 905 as2? Thanks
Hello. You need 2 x 905 for a chest punch. Mk2 is much better in any way.

Topurile da. Subwoofere 905as mk2 sunt ok, dar prefer tts12. Sau chiar tts15 daca ai buget.
