It is true...Nicaragua is the safest place in Central America and cheapest than Costa Poor 🇨🇷 😑(Rica)....and, I have to say that Nicaragua is the most richest country in the world...we have plenty of lakes and volcanos, beaches, etc etc etc...ok???
so agree rich in nature, culture, people we are very happy to be here. ANd we feel very safe, like anywhere else you just need to understand the people and avoid risky situations

Yes lots of freedom yet we have to abide by the laws in regards to political, but a small price to pay to live in this amazing country.

I live in the States and at times I can’t pronounce many cities of the State I live - Like Opelousas, thibodaux and LaFourche parish- Do they feel offended- well sorry, I can’t pronounce like a local well let it be- i was not born in USA 🇺🇸 but I still love that state and the people like many of the locals do.. and that’s what count-
he has a California accent that is why he mispronounces it and not everyone has an "ear" for languages.

depending location and lifeStyle.
The only downside here:
Lots of dishonest people.
and nosy and noisy.

I am retired in the US but still working as a licensed massage therapist, and I'd like to move in Nicaragua together with my daughter who lives in South Africa with her 7 years old son. I am looking forward to travel and buy a property as soon as possible. I prefer country living on the soil and I love to be nature connected. Do you think it is safe for two single women and a kid, and three cats to buy a little farm and live quiet but busy natural life?
I suggest come for a few weeks check various places out and you will see how good the life style is in Nicaragua, thanks for your post and watching our videos.

Hey Paul, we the "Nicas" or "Pinoleros" use "Tuani" as catch word as much as the "ticos" use "pura vida"... Only is we don't make a big deal of that, we let our natural marvels, wonderful cuisine, and the kindness of our people speaks for us.

currently limited to no restrictions no covid test required, PCR test yes, people here in Nicaragua are getting vac at high rates, they wish to safe and healthy. But allow ea to make their choice

@@RickOShay4u Yes we who are in business here are providing jobs to locals. Currently, we have six paid staff members. ANd indirect service providers we provide an additional 3 to 6 jobs during various phases of our work.

Paul, RUclips and the web are overwhelmed with negative stuff about Nicaragua and its government. You guys need to refute all that stuff. It's really intense.
Sorry to say but they can't refute the truth about social-politics issues, because guess what? They will be put in jail or get expulsed from Nicaragua, get their properties and businesses confiscated by the dictator and then return to his country empty-handed. That is why he said in one of his videos, if you are a foreigner and are coming to Nicaragua, don't comment nothing about politics, stay quiet, and I don't think Paul is that stupid to lose his business with expats , lol.
