The app does not allow me to click the final arrow button to display Submit video option. I had to call the customer services 3 times and I am told to install app in a different phone! How the heck does PB expect customers to have multiple phones? Instead, why can't the PB guys come for a live video call and provide us instructions when we do recording so that they can save the video themselves? Poor service!

When we start inspection in policy bazaar app it f* never focus on any documents. And when we focus on documents it never sets the focus back to car. Focus is locked once it is set. It happenes only in policy bazaar app.

Be very careful before getting involved with such a fraud company 4th Oct payed online fill option amount. After that they were posting with the car kyc. They are not at all satisfied with th the rc, etc. They have to watch the inside bonnet. The agent already got everything but he says the company must see the engine no. Etc from the bonnet. I enquired about somebody's help. Anyway I failed and again I am getting ready to insure with any other Co. The cash simply lost.

They agent do not know even to fill the proposal form , it’s my own car and agent filled it as company car then I had to cancel and had to take a new policy. First they will ask you to make the payment then u need to do a lot of follow up with to know the status
