But where is Radjen? She is the only one of the Immortals who allied with Vahram that you do not face throughout the game. Is she still alive or did she die in a scripted scene?

No, these are all the main bosses. The ones you saw are not really boss fights. They are normal enemies that you will fight later multiple times.
