Madonna and Guy Ritchie welcomed son, Rocco, on August 11, 2000.
The 21-year-old has mostly stayed out of the spotlight but is known for hanging out with celebrities, including Brooklyn Beckham.
Until 2018, Madonna and Guy were locked in a bitter custody battle over him.
"We have been on many trips together around the world...But the greatest journey I have taken with you is the one inside my [heart emoji]. Love you to the moon and back. Forever and always," Madonna captioned a photo on her son's 21st birthday.
David Banda was the first child that Madonna adopted from Malawi back in 2006 when he was barely a year old. "What he has more than anything is focus and determination," Madonna said.
"I'm pretty sure he got it from me," she continued. "He's the one I have the most in common with. I feel like he gets me; he has more of my DNA than any of my children so far. Let's see what happens - it's still early days for everyone."
