Today I’ll teach you to draw an amazing Swarovski crystal swan. This tutorial will focus on master the drawing of different materials as glass or crystal; also it would be pretty important learning how to draw in third dimension those figures and materials. You’ll learn to create the illusion of a transparent body by applying shadows and lights that would give such characteristics as luminosity and frost

Mechanical pencil with 0.7 mm, B lead
Color markers: Tombow Dual Brush Pens
Color markers: Letraset Promarker Permanent Twin-Tip
Kneaded Eraser Prismacolor
Gray board
Color pencils Faber-Castell "Polychromos"
White pastel: Primo Bianco Charcoal

There are many artists out there on youtube but i think you're the only one with the most passion, like you keep saying how you like doing the drawing, and that's when i know you do this because you love to do this and not to blow people's minds with your talent. I am 11 years old and my aunt collects Swarovski objects and she has the swan... I decided to show her and she LOVED it and told me I should start trying that too! Ever since, I started to draw a crystal apple (red) and my aunt put it in a frame! Its all because of you that I know now how to REALLY draw! Thank You sooo much!!! *O.

it is used in hyper-realist art to create the illusion of glint - light reflecting off different surfaces. Darkest black and whitest whites start giving that realist effect. I tried it, my art is wayyy more amateur, but i noticed the difference with the use of white pencil colours / paints. Earlier i would just leave the white spaces on the paper.
Um... maybe the drawing calls for white; does that confuse you?
