When you are around live drums and amplified instruments you can’t hear the singers without monitors, most of the time it is in ear to keep down stage volume.

You're bass playing skills are on crack, man, and I mean that in the best way possible(I started playing in my high school band), and since then, whenever I could get my hands on a bass, I would play the bass until my fingers were callused.
