I hope and pray they wait until skye is walking talking eating solid foods and in a convertible car seat and potty trained meaning out of diapers completely before having baby number 2

I agree- I feel like she needs her time and I’ve heard from a ton of people that the second or next child gets all the attention and the older on feels left out

Honestly my babies are 16 months apart and I really love it! They’re the best of friends and keep each other occupied. The age gap worked too because my son would help me throw diapers away and things like that. Two under two has its ups and downs but I would do it the same all over again
I second this!!! As a mom of two under two I just had my second baby four months ago, and it’s been such a sweet fun experience raising them together!

My brother and I are 14 months apart, and even though it was really hard on my mom, me and him are best friends. I think it worth having close siblings, we never fought and we helped each other through everything. I'm very glad we are close in age

You can never have kiddos that are “too close” in age. I’m close in age with my big brother and we were always so close growing up- but my younger brother is 5 years younger and I’m also extremely close with him. Whenever you guys decide will be the perfect time!

My girls are 13 months apart.
It is utterly beautiful and chaotic. I wouldn't change it for anything.
Now they are soon to be 12 and 13 yrs old.
My youngest was born almosy 6 wks premature, leaving the hospital she was not even 5lbs.
It takes 10 months to grow an entire human.
And longer to recover.
Also Skye is so adorable 😍 💖 ans I love the name Skye May! 💕
Shoot, mine are going to be 23 months apart...I can't imagine getting pregnant 6 months after my oldest was born. I'm kind of happy we waited. I feel like they will still be close enough together to have a bond, but far enough apart to be able to enjoy them both.
I regretted not having my babies closer. Let them grow close together!!!
