WOW!!! I have done your HIIT workout for a few months now and with this AMRAP my body wanted to get a break every 45 secs. 😂 But I conviced him to keep moving and so I did it till the end. You lapped me a few times but I kept my own pace. I LOVED THAT ONE!!!! Thanks to you!🥰Sweaty but happy!

I had gotten away from my Heather Robertson workout habit due to disruptions from vacation and a new job. This glow up series is the perfect way to dive back in! Cardio is not my favourite thing but I made it through this one!! 😅
Im pretty fit, but this one got my muscle sweat. Keep at your own pace, and take 5-sec breaks between each workout. It will help to finish strong ladies. Thank You Heather for the great compact workouts!!!

I love AMRAPs and especially cardio ones!!! They always get me to really push myself. Plus, I think they're perfect for all levels as you go at your own pace and can modify (higher/lower intensity or impact). I definitely took a very extra seconds at the end to lay on my mat. :)
I have exercised with many different programs, but have felt that yours is truly the perfect mix, and I really appreciate the variety. So happy to see your well deserved success.

Hi darling, as you may know (or not) I've been struggling a lot and exercise to me has been a hard work. Every time I started to exercise, the next day or two days something would happen that prevented me from continuing. And so another 3, 4 weeks would go by without moving. I printed out your routine every month and I couldn't manage to do more than one day in a row. However, on Monday I decided "Now or never". After all this time and my age, 44! Doing 30 minute routines seemed impossible. I managed to overcome my laziness and here I am, Tuesday, sweating like never before and with my "swest shesh complete". I am committed to you my dear friend. I will finish this week whatever it takes.
Today was a two workouts day and this was my closer - no joke!!! 27 minutes of cardio put me to the test thank you so for another unexpected challenge Heather!!!❤❤ I need it ❤ you rock ❤

This was a great cardio workout! Forced me to stretch, after doing the 12 week workout my body is in the best shape EVER...I feel ready for anything started doing some calestentics too as my calcium is low and my doctor wants me to be sure to work on bone health. Thank you!
There's a reason why I rarely do cardio, it's soooo hard!! But your sweat seshs make it actually fun to do and it goes so fast, love it! I now have a lovely sweat angel on my workout mat..🥵

i didnt really have any motivation last month to do any workouts and because of that i decided to start off again with this challenge and holy lord it was pretty hard today to get myself together and do day 3, im so proud of myself that i did it and thank you for the workout, i loved it
This was great😅. I’m not a huge fan of cardio but I got through all the reps except for some jumping. My knees have been through a lot in my 58 years so I only do what my knees tell me I can but overall this was one of the best cardio workouts I’ve ever done. Heather Robinson, you ROCK GIRL❤️💪. I just finished a 12 week workout of Heather’s and thought I’d try this challenge before moving on to the next 12 week challenge. Keep up the great work everyone and thank you Heather 😎
