Right. I've been a victim or robbery before. In the aftermath, you're usually so traumatized and paranoid (like he claimed he and his wife were) that the last thing you want to do is call even more attention to yourself or your possessions, especially if no suspects have yet been identified or caught. Neither Bishop Fraudhead nor First Lady Fraudhead are behaving in a way that is consistent with the typical conduct of a recent robbery victim. Both of them are going live daily... before a suspect has even been caught.

On average, real estate produce a return of 4-5% annual. Clearly, those properties look like government housing or low-income. There is no way the return from those properties finance his lifestyle.
