Here's a hint for the freezer space. If you get items to put in, try to freeze then on a sheet pan - flat. I used to make meals and freeze them flat in a 1gal ziplock bags. They fit into the freezer really well and leave a little room on the side for bits & pieces. Edit: In the US you can add seat belts if you need to. They just bolt them down to the framework of the truck/RV.

I would re-coat your roof with elastomeric roof coating it will help keep it protected from weather. Even helps with sound, rain.. Also look into solar.
You'll have some really good holidays in it. I love my campervan. You definitely have to get a cadac they are really good. First trip, best been near home as a test, to see what you need or missing.
Just spent 2 days cleaning up our RV after mice decided to winter in it! Huge mess but ready for the seasons first camping trip next week. I changed out the mattress for a temperpedic as getting a great nights sleep is # 1 as well as good coffee for morning. Also invested in a gas grill that hooks up to the larger tanks so less storage space needed. Have fun & can’t wait for your adventures.
Before you put a toilet roll in the new camper van just a tip. The toilets in those often need a special loo roll not your regular loo roll from the house. The loo rolls for campers is designed specifically to break down In the camper toilets.
Congrats on the Mt home it sure a beauty. I had one yrs ago loved it. My ex hated it, and only went as far as Liverpool. That's why seeing you both making plans and both loving Mt home. Gorgeous! We have a motorhome and my best top tip for you is to have a list on your phone. I actually print it out each time we’re going away. I know that if I’ve ticked everything on list we won’t have forgotten anything. Enjoy every moment. 💙
Sue, my husband and I upgraded from a 2 berth caravan to a 4 berth caravan and a few weeks ago we went to the West of Ireland as we are Irish ourselves and at night when all was quiet and we stayed in a campsite beside the beach and there was a lovely sound of the waves lapping the beach, so relaxing

This is a family who put their children first and providing for them 💗 it’s such a big motorhome and so much storage! It must look so beautiful at night. On the sofa bed, you can surely fit many small children on there!! You should be so proud ❤️

Loving the motorhome 😁. We've had ours for 18 months & live to get away. Just got back from Dawlish in Devon. Coften Park, highly recommended. As for awnings, we've just brought the Vango Galli 3, it's HUGE! Has space for 2 inner tents for 2 extra bedrooms. We had an inner tent for our other awning & got a single camp bed plus single blow up bed in it so we can actually sleep 4 people in the Galli. Hopefully we'll meet you all on our travels. Fabulous motorhome, we have camped & caravanned for over 45 years, & we have brilliant memories with our 2 children,now 50 & 48, and grandkiddies. You won't go wrong with a Cadac either, best thing we ever bought to use home or away, we are on our 3rd generation one, after having them for over 20 years. It's our last camp this year as we are 73 & 75, we downsized 6 years ago & went back to camping in a tent (nowhere to store without costing a fortune).Love it, but getting too much for us now. We are off to Quarry field campsite at Crantock near Newquay , Google earth it & see how far to the sea, its like being abroad. We hope you make lots of fab memories like we have, HAPPY CAMPING xx
Fanatastic 😍 it’s all about getting the layout right for your needs and I think you have nailed it 😄😃😀 your going to have so much fun in your new holiday home on wheels. Hope to see you all on our trips, we try and get away once per month even if it’s just a overnight at the beach where we can make use of all the eating and entertainment services in the evening and watch a vibrant beech community by day dog walking, surfing, paddle boarding, walking, running etc etc etc. I find you need to sit down and plan trips long and short or else life takes over and the opportunity to enjoy your second home slips away x

Omg I have been waiting for fifteen years to get a used motor van, I can’t take my autistic child anywhere he gets very distressed, he won’t sleep in a hotel or caravan because it is not something that belongs to us! I want him to see everything, all over the country! My son also has issues with travel due to autism. He typically can’t handle being away from home a very long time. I will say it has gotten much better as he aged.
We are in the process of buying a 41 foot motorcoach! We are almost empty nesters so we are going to live in ours full time! No more big house to clean!!! Cannot wait

My kids used to argue over the top bunk too ! Best idea taking another car that’s the problem we found we had to either decamp to go anywhere or use a bus and parking was hard so we changed to a caravan. Handy too if you go out for the day and want to stay over so your not driving back late as well, I miss that bit. Happy memory making ❤️

What i do to get more stuff in the fridge-freezer is take all food stuff out of the boxes,put them into freezer-storage bags and cut out the heating-cooking details inside the bags, it`s amazing how much more room you have :-)

It was 28 degrees today 🌞 The food is amazing, as is the wine 😉 and in summer there's so much going on. I would highly recommend it. Beautiful motorhome, so happy you finally got one xx

Hint # 2. Try not to put toilet paper down the toilet, if you do, use 1 ply tp. We burned the paper in the fireplace or threw it away. The black water tank fills too quick.

Love the motor home, how long before you post that you've bought a second one. I loved the Scotland vlog in the two motor homes.

really like how much storage you have and also your very nice kitchen, cooking facilities look ideal you could do a Sunday tea in that really nice meals too come

I’m sure this beautiful family will be happy on their laps to eat 👍if they have too and somehow what they’ve achieved with their hard work and their wonderful wonderful parenting skills it will just be fun fun fun all the way as they said they’ve got an awning part as well where they could put up a table and I’m sure it will be fun for them seeing as they’ve got a massive massive dining table at home. What a lovely life they’ve got just come back from Florida and now they’ve got a beautiful stylish RV 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
I don’t think we will be eating around this table we will be eating in the awning around a few tables
Sue have u seen the sleep training? I mean none of this stuff was around when my kids were little but the little ones I watch , their parents do it, seems to work great!
