I watch tons of RV show and tells. Most of the time, you get these RV "guys" who try and have this sales personality which "to me" is off putting. This woman, she knows her RV's. Very informative and no BS. I will usually comment on the RV itself...but lady, you are awesome and know your rigs. Thank you so much for being you and knowing your product.
I feel your pain. Several of those salesman, or people who review RV's get on my nerves so badly that I won't watch their review. Especially the fat guy skipping around like a 5-year old.
Just a mere quarter of a million dollars. If I had a quarter of a million dollars I would buy a quarter of a million dollar house. It's beautiful don't get me wrong, but so is my old class C.
I love when they talk about how it’s built and they say, “No other company does it like us.” No schit, and nobody else charges that much for a class C. You’re not doing it because of altruism!😂
This coach looks amazing pretty much every detail of it.... Except 1 thing. You cannot get to the bathroom if you have the 2 beds together as a king. Neither can guests staying in the RV. I would move the bathroom into the middle of the RV
Wow!! Out of all the RV’s I looked at this one would be perfect for me in 99% of the ways!!! I’m considering buying one to travel & live in as well in the future. It’s smaller but very roomy with the brilliant design. All but the kitchen counter top that extends over the entrance of the main living area but it’s not a deal breaker with the important stuff being well thought out!!! I would love a big RV but driving it would be a bit much but having a smaller one built like this one makes it more doable and comfortable to make it a home if need be! Thanks for doing this video!! I’m excited that I may have found the right RV for me!!!!!
Is Tina part of the ownership? She is fantastic, fun to listen to, you can tell, she really knows everything. When she smiles, she smiles. not fake. I lasted all the way till the end which I don’t usually do. Thank you MJ also good job. I would also say when I’m ready to buy I would like Tina to help me.
This us a nice unit. It has a lot of storage. That’s nice it sleeps up to 4 people. I like the quality of this Rv. Thank you Izzy and MJ for showing this class C.
This is the best made RV for B plus units. Every detail is paid attention. You pay more but you get it back. All real leather wood and detail. A great higher end value with real workmanship something not many do this well.
I toured the factory. Talked to Tina there too. They are very well built. Speaking to the folks working you get a feel for the company and it is a positive experience. The details you can’t see is what really makes a great coach. The brass plumbing connections. The wiring and it’s secured every 12” I believe. Solid wood cabinets. We’re strongly considering one. I like the 2100 🤔
We agree. Not many class c /b+ are built better. You would have to go leisure travel etc to get equal build quality but you will still be paying a big price tag.
I know my comment is out of context. But just bought $255K town house in NC with cash 2 years ago. Now it’s 300K with $2000/m rent income. Imagine I bought one of these, $200K now with maintenance. That’s 100K+ difference in 2 years

I wish you would have checked the OCCC. Longer Cs on the E450 often struggle with that, and this thing has the big slide and all that solid wood. Some competitors you might want to review if you're looking for well built (they claim) Cs are coachhouse and leisure travel vans. A bit harder to find but that's because people buy them. I can't say for sure they still offer it, but an interesting option phoenix offers is they'll send the chassis to Quigley first to convert to a 4x4.
As always Your tours are AWSOME the only thing that are being left out what class of drivers lic is needed to drive these vehicles. I do love you include the prices thank you for your service
Wow the price has increased immensely! I agree that the build quality on these Class C’s is best in class but that price is ridiculous! I was looking at these to buy back in 2017 and the price the was around $110,000. No way would I buy one now, way overpriced.
We feel your pain at the factory!! costs have hit us all very hard over the last few years.. remember, this is MSRP... The Phoenix Cruiser will sell through a dealer at a factory pre-set discount... well below MSRP
Try and order a nice boat, they've also increased in price and wait time. Fiberglass and resin can be expensive and hard to get because all boat manufacturers what the same thing. 50 to 100gl of resin can go into making it. I'm sure these fiberglass RVs manufacturers also have to compete against boat manufacturers for the same materials.
Nice coach but i would rather have more storage in the front cap than the 45 degree tv placement. Its not practical for tv viewing. What engine is in the rig?
Everything that was opened sounded cheaply made to me, but I love the twins and the recliners that make into beds is the best. I wonder if a washer dryer could be added.
Pretty nice, until I saw the sleeping area, it's a deal breaker. With beds together, how do you get to the bathroom?! But, never heard of Phoenix before this video, tks. Still laughing about that msrp.

Nice quality Rig. I need more space so will have to go super c or class A but when I’m older and want something easier to drive will think about trading in for this rig.
Tv position in front is really really bad and has been bad forever, don’t know why it has not been updated. For that MSRP, instead of that super thin “fiberglass” material roof, it should be a real gel coat fiberglass roof. Overall a nice coach!
So incredibly weird that you thought putting in 2 seperate twin side beds in the master room. Like, in what normal world would you people think a couple would want 2 twin beds, instead of a queen(at minimum)
So the funny thing about that is , my friend has a motor home , Mercedes engine , they did get the twin beds. I thought it was strange also, but she said with their pet dog it worked out much much better. Plus, more room to walk around etc. she really does like it.
Super nice coach and a good review!! The review from Tina was detailed. Seems a lot of water pump switches but hey. Still super nice. I love my gulfstream conquest 6320 and this one as well.
Perfect locations for the water pump switches, 1 on the kitchen counter, 1 in the bathroom, and 1 outdoors near the water connections. Very convenient when you winterized the rig.
It's nice, but for full time living, the layout was poorly thought out. It just basically seems like it is best suited for a weekend at the lake, but there are much cheaper options that would fill that role. The price point would be better suited for people that have to live on the go full time and this layout wouldn't make for a very piratical long term living situation. 1. Talk about a pain in the neck. The entertainment/television location in relation to the very nice sofa seating location is not good, unless there is long swing out arm for the TV, but then I assume, it would block the door when swung out. The only good seating location to view the TV would be sitting at the diner table. 2. Speaking of the dinette, are there any power outlets in that area? Hopefully, they just weren't showed in the walk through. That's a very important feature for setting up a home office (laptop or workstation). Ironically, I've noticed that a lot of the lower end travel tailors seem to do a much better job at placing power outlets in logical locations. 3. Speaking of power outlets, what is deal with the power outlets inside the storage area between the passenger side bed and refrigerator? That just seems pointless to me. There is really no practical use of those outlets. I'm all about logical placement of features, especially power outlets and when it comes to cooking, working, and entertainment. You can have the highest end features, but if the layout doesn't make sense for practical use, those features are lost to me. 4. Either the refrigerator doors need to open the opposite direction or the refrigerator location needs to be swapped with the cooking, sink, prep area. 5. No screen door insert would be a huge issue for me. Also, the sofa seating, blocks one of the windows. I think those issues combined would limit the ability to get a good cross breeze on nice weather days/nights. 6. At the price point, why no outdoor entertainment options or builtin outdoor cooking/food prep options? Again, such features are standard on much lower end RVs and travel trailers.
Very nice coach !! Wonder if you can delete the propane tank and do all electric. Super nice though with the dual recliners laying flat. I wonder if i can purchase those for our rig. I want recliners but having a place for the grand babies to sleep is important for Missy. Personally I know they'd be happy on a mattress on the floor, LOL. Thanks for the video
Aesthetically, there's too much fake wood grain and it's too dark. While an improvement from past excessive knotty pine, I think european light cabinets would be less clunky and make this RV a winner.
I am just not getting the allure of this motor home. 31 feet, price tag pushing $240,000, gas motor, kind of an underwhelming interior, poor TV placement. For my money there so many better options that this wouldn’t get a second look. Best class C motor home for full timing? Quite a bit of click bait, but hey it worked and got me to watch. Anyway, all this is just my opinion.
Wow $200,000 plus!! How do people afford to buy expensive motorhomes, fill them with gas and keep up with maintenance? Even if I sold everything and chose this as my f/t home I couldn't afford it and yes, I do have a good job and no bills but still couldn't do it. Two income household would be helpful but still so much money. I love them tho and if I had the money I would buy one :)
I don't understand people's love affair with the maceration toilet. 30 + years RVing and poop has never failed to flow downhill. Pumps and motors will fail, good luck finding parts and someone to work on it. That's a deal breaker for me. I'd be more interested in a composting toilet, with no Pumps, and nothing to fail.
@@Erin-ThorI barely know anything about RVs, still learning n researching, but as a retired nurse, I know a thing or two about pain rxs n 💩!😁 anyone on pain meds, esp long term should know you need to consistently take/eat/drink something to reverse those side effects. 1-2 prunes/swigs of prune juice am n pm will do that all quite nicely naturally. Sorry ur provider/nurse did not educate you on that fact, sometimes the small simple things are skipped in patient education focusing on the bigger issues or just hand a written list of instructions without verbally reviewing with patient. OR many nurses/providers are so overworked n short staffed, stuff gets passed over.... That should relieve any issues with RV plumbing issues, but you need to be much more concerned with ur plumbing or end up like Elvis with a megacolon!! It can lead to serious issues, seriously, not joking!! Plz take serious, be hard to get new parts for you!!😅😅😅
@@janiceloden-xg9ct -- Thanks for the compassionate response! 🥰 FYI -- Prune juice and a host of other remedy's are essentially ineffective. Ducolax is the only over the counter remedy that works for me. But even with precautions I occasionally still clog toilets. Thank you for you feedback! Costs have certainly gone up substantially, we are in constant review and our supply chain so that we do not lose sight of where we should be in the market. The Phoenix Cruiser will sell for factory set discounts well below MSRP. :-)
Definitely quality construction, I was very excited until you got to the kitchen… to the manufacturer, you have to figure out a way to have a better kitchen. You’ve got 30ft to work with, I’ve seen twice the kitchen on 24’s. I was about to call my wife to come look at this video and Nope! There’s No counter space. And speaking of the counter, for and RV that cost over $200k, and you put that little two burner stove top. They use that same two burner unit on pop ups. Because it’s lite and cheap, believe me we had one long ago. Can’t believe you put so many nice things in the coach, and you knocked it out of the park in some areas, and the whole kitchen is just a deal breaker. I usually don’t comment but the manufacturer need to hear what potential customers think. Respectfully
Never liked the over-the-cab TVs. Not ergonomic to watch. We do not go camping to watch TV but I do like to check out the news while having my morning coffee without getting a crick in my neck!
I don't understand rv's ! 200-300k+ you could buy a nice house and make money later when you sell. Add to that the build quality of rv's is always so bad, they leak and are built so cheap they constantly break. They also depreciate in value so quick just like a car while a house usually appreciate's in value
did you not see when she literally showed the pull out that connects the beds and makes the 2 only 1 whole bed. gottat add this huh duh she showed that at the exact time she was showing the beds.... this is probably the best class c i've ever seen.
Most class C's can pull 10,000 plus with an 8000 lb hitch. 7500 lbs won't get you a trailer hauling a decent sized car with your camp items. What a fail.

RV plumbing because of the reduced water flow is particularly prone to blockages and an absolute joy (🤬) to unclog. I understand and have already headed your advice, thank you!
@@janiceloden-xg9ct -- I would share my story of how I flooded two floors of Harris Methodist hospital because of a large movement... but I'll save the deets of that for another day. :)
notice that the most replayed is the interior part of the video. I had to slow the video down to see the interior.
Appears to have some ground clearance.
I want all electric. Induction cook top class A it is lol
Nice but not nice enough to warrant the expensive price tag - there are a lot of other coaches that provide more bang for the buck.
Thank you for you feedback! Costs have certainly gone up substantially, we are in constant review and our supply chain so that we do not lose sight of where we should be in the market. The Phoenix Cruiser will sell for factory set discounts well below MSRP. :-)
Is it 4 season. A Canadian dude is wondering.
Yes
Very nice high end class C's are way too rare
Why don’t they make more modern sleek cabinets. European manufacturers are outstanding at their use of space and cabinets.
Twin beds and bathroom location not planned out well.....
Great review. Did I hear correctly, this is a gas powered engine?
Yep 👍
They build great coaches. I wish the would build it on the 4x4 F550
Thanks for your thoughts.
thank you for your feedback! - Tina
Never liked the over-the-cab TVs. Not ergonomic to watch. We do not go camping to watch TV but I do like to check out the news while having my morning coffee without getting a crick in my neck!
I keep watching this video but can’t get over the TV placement. I think that will make it a no for us.
No washer dryer? How you gonna live in it without that?
People do.
As soon as you said ‘gas’ I said, "Pass!"
Stick to the older models. New ones are over priced by a long shot.
why would I want to see where the studs are ?
I don't understand rv's ! 200-300k+ you could buy a nice house and make money later when you sell. Add to that the build quality of rv's is always so bad, they leak and are built so cheap they constantly break. They also depreciate in value so quick just like a car while a house usually appreciate's in value
Great vehicle. Wouldn't expect anything less for the price!! Ditch the shades dude you look like a cheap hustler I a "B' movie.
Not worried about what I look like. More concerned for my eyes. Thanks for watching
What's with the twin beds this ain't the 50s 60s
did you not see when she literally showed the pull out that connects the beds and makes the 2 only 1 whole bed. gottat add this huh duh she showed that at the exact time she was showing the beds.... this is probably the best class c i've ever seen.
(In my best fake uk accent) I like it a lot!!
Patience people. There will be DEEP discounts when the economy crashes. Patience.
This looks like it’s built for full time living….
For that money you can buy a 10 year old Newell.
Most class C's can pull 10,000 plus with an 8000 lb hitch. 7500 lbs won't get you a trailer hauling a decent sized car with your camp items. What a fail.
Most class c cannot tow 10,000lbs
