We need to talk more about how responsible his grandmother is. She enabled and supported her son's behavior and let it destroy both her son and grandson. She knew what her son had done and conspired to seed the same wickedness in her grandchild that turned her son rotten in the first place. Now she lost them both, son dead and grandson gone from her life, and I couldn't be more relieved for op because of it.

They were in my mom's life, but made it there goal to make it miserable. And they refused to hear her out. It was yesrs before she finally cut them out of her life because she wanted to allow me and my brother to have a relationship with them. Well one absolutely despised my brother and decided to try multiple times to kiss me on the lips so the relationship wasn't good at all. The other got herself pregnant forced the baby onto us before deciding that it was too much work of dealing with the baby. She only ever spent afew minutes dealing with her own child before they were oushed onto us. And gave them up for adoption, also stole from us. Luckily they are not apart of cour lives, though the people who adopted them kept us updated for a few months before they just completely stopped.
