Really wish Bethesda would go back to the system of increasing individual skills, didn't like how they removed that in this installment. Also, I really didn't notice this at first cuz I tend to play the good guy in RPGs, but a lot of the role playing elements have been stripped. Sure you can be a jerk in dialogue (speaking of dialogue, I had episodes of nostalgia for the previous Fallout games because I missed the unique dialogue options you could use should you get certain perks, which provided satisfying outcomes) but there are no real "bad" choices. In Fallout 3, it only took an hour at most before Bethesda gave you the option of manually detonating a dormant nuclear warhead in the center of a town. The game is good, but there were a few times when I would think "What has Bethesda been doing during all those years of development?"
Yeah I understand, but new Vegas in my opinion could have been on of the greatest rpg's of all time if they didn't have if you beat the game you couldn't free roam. Plus the game mechanic's could of been smoother as well. I agree that fallout 4 is not the best game in the series

This game may seem great to those who had no experience with the franchise before, but Fallout veterans? Many have been calling Fallout 4 a disappointment for many valid reasons. Remember the dialogue system BH brought up in the review? Many have been saying that system is absolute *shit* compared to what the previous games had.

So with the terminal glitch I came to found out its because high framerates. it was happening to me all the time until i capped my cards to not pass 110fps. Around 115 and higher will have you glitch at the terminals exactly how you did at 7:00 . Im running SLI 970's. Great review.

18 hours in and I haven't seen any glitches other than 2 fusion cores that randomly disappeared from my inventory. For performance i'm running on mostly ultra (with a mod that scales down textures called "Vivid Fallout- Best Choice"). I run on 60fps 98% of the time with the occasional drop to 45 and i'm on a laptop as well. So far though I would say it's a great game, but Bethesda really needs a new engine.
I have left negative comments on TBH'S videos before. But I must say I feel nothing but respect for this review. First review of this game that I have seen where they call Bethesda on their shit. Not only but he actually penalized the game for bugs which almost everyone else is there doing. Very good review Hokage.

I actually rarely had any bugs and the main one I had just made the enemies ragdoll and fly somewhere which I found hilarious. it seems like you actually used the power armor a lot throughout the game.
I completely understand the reasoning for wanting to wait for a price drop. For me personally, I just found the glitches to be funny most of the time and it almost added to the enjoyment of the game.
I have 116 hours and have mostly only seen very minor bugs, the worst thing that happened was my crops became un-activatable. I couldn't assign settlers to them, move or delete them, and they wouldn't grow, but as settlers came they auto-assigned to the crops and then I could activate them again. I'm on PC now, but when Fallout 3, New Vegas, and Skyrim came out I played them from launch on PS3, and they all had WAAAAAAAY more bugs than I've had for Fallout 4. Maybe I've just been lucky, but I think Bethesda stepped up their game as far as bug fixes go at launch.
I have fallout on xbox one, and its only frozen once since i got it. Thats krazy you got that many glitches. But i do agree with everything you said tho... love this game. Try fallout 3. My fav one...
I've only had frame drops a few times and one freeze on PS4, I think a lot of people's issues with glitches are just hit or miss, it hasn't affected my enjoyment of the game at all

As Fallout 4 is so so so watered down...... far more shooter then rpg, and far less build diversity, skills, and the factions were meh..... This was the start of the fall of Bethesda and the fall started here and Fallout 76 was the stake thru the heart.... I glitched up so bad the other day I had to do a whole mission without my pip-boy. It just disappeared! Also it's hard to find side quest that aren't tied to any of the factions and if you accidentally finish a quest out of order, ur fucked if you don't join that faction and do all the missions up to that point. I am a fallout veteran but that shit does get old fast.
This game is easily worth $60, if not more. The amount of content in this game is undeniable and the replayability is second to none you can log over 100 hours on this game WITH EASE. I've hit a few bugs here and there but nothing game breaking or unforgivable people are really giving this game a lot harder time than it deserves. P.S. Settlement building is fuckin awesome, this guy probably just isn't very good at it. I've spent as much time building settlements as I have doing missions, and I don't even play minecraft.

The companions were pretty fun ( Valentine was my favorite). I was also expecting a larger variety of base weapons, the 50 weren't bad tho. I was also expecting a little more from the power armor, even though I loved what they did with it, I was hoping for some more crazier shit, the concept for the institute power armor looked sick but it never made it.

Since there's no console commands on XBone I sat there for 30 minutes running back and forth between the wall and the car wedged on my legs. I also couldn't jump cause I guess the game thought I was in midair? Eventually I quit the game and the next day somehow, I loaded back in and the car exploded and set me free
The problem with this game is that I thought it was gonna be like Skyrim in the sense of it's going to keep me occupied for hundreds of hours. After I finish a couple side quest and the Story, i was satisfied yet disappointed that the only quests I get now are the settlement quests. And i have a lot of Legendary guns and armor so I'm pretty op in the game. There's no reason for me to come back and play it. At least in Skyrim, there was always something to do that would keep me occupied

bro glitches are crazy! sure dev's can spend more hours testing the game and spending millions but to cheap and lazy and some degree I feel it cuz it is very difficult. But one the other hand the people who try and test the game may not get the glitches that you get and will not be aware of it till release. look at it this way when dev's have let's say 1000 people play threw the game to tests for bug's. you may think that's a lot till release when millions play the game and catch different things because its a bigger % of outcomes and different play styles !
I agree in that this isn't the best game Bethesda has put out mostly because their seems to be a lot more "fluff"(repeated missions and settlements), and I know its probably because I am not a patient person, but I felt like I had to go searching for missions constantly. Like in Skyrim over hearing a guard sent you on hour long missions while is this game their is no incentive to explore the world. For example I never even knew there was a pirate ship in the middle of the city until I saw it in the distance. From their side though I know open world games are almost impossible to cover everything because in all honestly I never ran into any glitches(I did see plenty of frame drops).

Settlements are for extra caps and you can craft adhesive through crop farming. That's about the extent of them though

But one the other hand the people who try and test the game may not get the glitches that you get and will not be aware of it till release. look at it this way when dev's have let's say 1000 people play threw the game to tests for bug's. you may think that's a lot till release when millions play the game and catch different things because its a bigger % of outcomes and different play styles !
I agree in that this isn't the best game Bethesda has put out mostly because their seems to be a lot more "fluff"(repeated missions and settlements), and I know its probably because I am not a patient person, but I felt like I had to go searching for missions constantly. Like in Skyrim over hearing a guard sent you on hour long missions while is this game their is no incentive to explore the world. For example I never even knew there was a pirate ship in the middle of the city until I saw it in the distance. From their side though I know open world games are almost impossible to cover everything because in all honestly I never ran into any glitches(I did see plenty of frame drops).
