My mom was the same way when she would start to forget things. Just try to remember that their anger is just frustration and fear… it has to be scary to not be able to remember doing things, to think you may one day not remember ANYTHING & be a burden. I started taking the blame so my mom could have one less thing to worry & be anxious about, plus it was always such stupid trivial things & not worth all the turmoil, but I always watched her close cause she would sometimes forget the stove on or forget she was cooking altogether

I just recently found out that cake noodle is a Hawaii thing, I was watching someone's RUclips and they said they don't have it in the mainland. Always tries to order it at the Chinese restaurant there. Happy Lunar New Year.

I love hot & sour soup. On your comment about trying to make Chinese at home, I think I found the answer. A chef on tv was making a dish his father used to make at their takeaway shop, and it had secret ingredients. Nothing you’d find in a standard recipe.
