Performing ANOVA Test using MS Excel 365

Thanks, Mr. Samer, for the Presentation. I am a little bit confused because the different age groups represent factors and if so, we have four different factors and not two.

I said so because the way the data is organized suits, a four factor three level ANOVA which i am trying to solve. I will appreciate your exper clarification.
