Yeah sounds like youre using a dumb ass version your school provided and that is so typical off these people - I am in the same boat

I have a MacBook Pro with Office 365, and I dont even have "File" option. How do i download if my file option isnt showing?

not working ... this is driving me crazy, I checked and unchecked that box a1000 times, restarted excel restarted the computer... nothing worked
Do you have a PC? Are you using desktop version of Excel?

But! Try opening excel as admin then it works. That was a temp work around that I found.
