Looks like a heck of a great time!!! Very nice work on the video and keeping it engaging for us viewers. I'm a big 80 series and 200 series fan, but that GX is a beast!!!
SOO pumped now that I have my outback safari adventure car all decked out and ready for the bush! Oh.. wait I live in the suburbs and my biggest obstacle is the speedbumps on the way to Home Depot to by outdoor flowers.
Next time let some air out your tyres to give you a bigger footprint and the 100 series has got a lot of weight hanging off of the rear carrier what a wonderful track you found looks like hard work for the drivers and a great collection of trucks
Thanks for the great video! I see in the comments that the 80 had center locker only, what about the 100 and the gx? Also, do you know the approximate lift on each of the vehicles? I've got a stock 100 series with center and rear lockers. I haven't attempted anything like what's in your video but I'm getting interested :-)
i think for this type of terrain the 80 series is best due to the front rigid axel... IPS like series 100 or GX they can break if not being very careful. Serieos 100 and GX are more OVERALAND type of vehicle no rock crawling. Jeeps are also great for this use .... buy a cheap 1990+ toyota and modifyf for the right purpose

That GX470 grille is sick!!!!
80 is a beast.
Man that 80 just crushed it.
Love it 😊
This video is good watch to learn lockers are needed for this kind of stuff.
Great video!
I checked the comments and I liked the fact that you try your best to react to everyone here. Keep it up!

Thanks for the tip! I don’t remember but I think we rode on 14-18psi
Great video.
Great video!
Thanks!
Was the 80 in triple lock on the descent? Coolest rig!
Stay in it a little longer with a low steady pedal. Traction control will kick in
Oh yeah but on this trip the black LC had traction off due some issues.
Mind sharing the tire and suspension set up on the 80? Cool video.
It’s about 2,5 icon suspension on 35s
Very cool! Do you mind sharing the wheel and tire setup on the 100? Love the stance
Fairly clear demo of ATRAK (200) vs Lockers (80)...and hands down the lockers work better. and the IFS was a weakness also. 80 series forever.
Where is the front bumper and sliders from the GX470?
Which one is the best to buy ??
Thanks for the video.

Dude. Lockers or if later model, Atrac
Is that 80 triple locked?
No, central locker only
Девушка на wrangler отлично едет ^_^
How do you find these trails? Is there an app or something?

100% you’re right!
Where is this trail?
Wind rock in TN
Windrock in Oliver Springs
А не подскажете по поводу шноркеля на gx470 ? Не было проблем с установкой конкретно этого из за выпирающего руф река ? Спасибо
They are designed to keep dust and sand out of the air/intake system, opposed to water.
Need lockers in front AND back.. :)
Man does that 100 series guy not understand he has Atrac lol. He let off every single before it started to kick on.
You’re right, but the problem is he never fixed his Atrac 😂😂 after this video he did a Colorado/Moab trip without Atrac😅
Camera work got me soo dizzy.
Sorry for that. My son did most of it, he was 9. We didn’t mean to take footage for RUclips. Just decided to post it here for our memory🤷♂️
