Just bought mine today. The first video I watched, they just tore up the box getting it out. I'm glad you showed how easy it is to open from the bottom. Great video; thanks for posting.
Yeah, unfortunately I realized that last night after I put up the video. Still don't understand why the flashing though and an additional light sensor.
I'm considering buying one of these to bring to large car show events that my family and I attend throughout the summer. Some shows are so big you can rent 4-wheel scooters at the event, but I'm thinking maybe I buy one of these to stick in the truck of our classic car. My main concern is how long the battery will last throughout the day. In the past when we have rented scooters at the events you may do 2-3 large laps around the events and everyone takes turns using it. Any insight on how long the battery lasts before needing to recharge? And is it possible to recharge one of these with a power bank?
I don't think a power bank will do it, but The charger draws 2 amps for about 8 hours on a recharge. Range depends on elevation changes, but on flat ground I'd say 10-12 miles comfortably.
Great review man! Quick question did you ever link it to the app ? I can’t seem to figure out how to put the Bluetooth on the scooter. I’m in jersey also.

The headlight only flashes in the day light. There’s a light sensor and when it’s dark enough the light stay on.

@@MaddMax I’d say a flashing light is more eye catching and attention grabbing than a steady headlight in the day time.
Thanks for that!!! I’ve been trying to figure out why the light doesn’t stay on!!! I thought I got a defective one. Lol.
Thx for the video! How's it holding up? Debating to get one lol

Thanks for showing .
Wonder if it fits in my s2000 trunk lol
S2000 reddit says that with the spare tire removed it does
@@zVlPERz that’s insane! Tempted
Can confirm at least in an AP2, it will fit without the spare tire.

I did, but there's an issue with the app where the odometer records way too much mileage.
is there a lock on the motocompacto?
Not that I have found.
According to Honda, you are to use the loop welded to the kickstand to lock it with a bicycle type of lock.
@@JerryCurl-wt8gb thanks for this!
What is that metal tool that came in the charger box?
I have no idea. I looked in the owner's manual and didn't see anything about it either, but I suspect it is for mounting the charger on a wall.
How was it up steep hills?
Not great, but I'm also heavy.
