The building design is pretty amazing. The geometric shapes on the exterior are part of the cooling system (Malqafs) which will funnel cool air in and warm air out, which will be vital in Lightning Ridge springs and summers. The architecture also reflects the opal fields ethic of building for necessity over beauty, but I’m confident it will be a building that has its own style and visual strength - can’t wait to see.
cannot wait to visit, hope the weather doesnt disrupt construction much this year.
I hope so, too! Full steam ahead! 😁

Thanks so much! There will definitely be online opportunities to experience what the AOC has to offer! 😁
Any idea on when it is due for completion?
It's like the Cyber truck version of a building not that pretty to look at, but it may grow on me?
