It was by the same guy who did all of the SHREDS videos, not sure what happened to him or why all of his videos are scattered throughout random channels, but I have a theory he probably got a bunch of copyright strikes/takedowns or something stupid because as you notice none of the videos have copyright disclaimers before or afterthe video ends, but thankfully some of them have stayed so obscure they were not taken down, for example the best of all the shreds videos CREED - SHREDS is still up on a random channel from over 11 years ago.
It really captures the actual song but stays in the uncanny valley between what you see, what you expect to hear, and what you actually hear. I have no doubt some viewers actually might believe that this is a real performance. This might be the best SHREDS yet.
