Because if it had to be option 1, the sentence in Japanese should be 「この出会いがあってよかった」Meanwhile, 「出会ってくれて」makes it seem like you're thanking a person in particular for the role they played in the encounter Note: You can view the ZH subtitle by clicking the captions menu and setting the windows colour to black and windows opacity to 75% or 100% to read it comfortably!

The context here seems to be "You P, find out my potential as an idol, worked hard together, and now we are both standing here (P is the one who gave me the opportunity)". I feel like option 1 seems to emphasize chance itself. I just imagine Option3 P will go to feel awkward momentarily like (´・ω・｀;)? (Wtf is this girl talking about...oh!) 文脈的にも2が自然なんじゃないでしょうか？文脈は「Pであるあなたが私を見出し、私がそれに応じて、そして二人はここに立ってる。(きっかけはP)」だと思われます。1は偶然性のある出会いそのもの要素が強調されそうです。いつもありがとう。
