I’m doing a similar swap out on a 03 rtv900 so I’m going from the d902 to a newer d1105, I wanted to ask you if you ended up swapping out the turbo components to the rtv?? Wondering how powerful the rtv would be with turbo.

@@diyrob7 I am doing my 07 1100 as we speak. I have the motor/trans out but no lift to remove the cradle (and the motor/trans combo is HEAVY!), what do you suggest or did you use to lift/remove cradle and split the pair?
That'll buff right out LOL! Found engine rebuild kits on Amazon for $539, might be worth a try!
thanks Bob, but in the future please move the camera slower.... I fell out of my chair 3 times and spilt my beer....
How did you find a broken RTV…?

Did the mower engine work?
Not for me. The oil pan was different so was the front engine cover.
