Hello again from Florida in the States. I started with one of your very first videos yesterday early morning and subscribed/liked it, then decided to bounce around to binge-watch others. In truth it was your husband, Sasha I believe his name is, that I stumbled upon first, and watched a video on his Life in the Siberian Forest, it was pretty cool, I also subscribed to this as well. On his site, it said to go support yours, and well here I am lol. Anyway, your parents are cute! Love your mom's smile and nails, and your dad's perfection & attention to detail are awesome to watch. I see where you get your looks from and your cooking specialties. The food all looks so yummy and I'm quite sure it was delicious as well. Your walk in the fields and woods. The stream, so crystal clear. I remember when I was young, the area I lived in was much like yours. Scattered villages, streams full of clean water, fields and forest. Now??? It's all houses and apartments, shopping malls, and office towers as far as the eye can see. You have to drive 120km before you hit the countryside again. I envy you. Living in the city is just no fun. Good to see your mother and father, wish them well. Been a long time since my parents passed, enjoy ever day that you can with them. Cabbage rolls look great. Time for me to make some.
that is almost the exact way my mom would make cabbage roles, or "halupki" as we knew it here in the US.....except she would lay a few cabbage leaves on the bottom of a roasting pan, then the cabbage rolls, and then a few more leaves....generous amount of caraway seed and tomato juice over the top.....bake low and slow......delicious....

thank you Nastya. I have always made stuffed cabbages but never knew to boil the the whole head of the cabbage. so much easier. you need tomato sauce and soup and bake it. i am croatian. we do it that way. i do not speak croatian. i am also italian.. stuffed cabbages are my favorite food

thank you Nastya. I have always made stuffed cabbages but never knew to boil the the whole head of the cabbage. so much easier. you need tomato sauce and soup and bake it. i am croatian. we do it that way. i do not speak croatian. i am also italian.. stuffed cabbages are my favorite food
