Yes, with pets you have to accept that the house will not be as clean as it would be without them, but having pets is worth the trouble of course -- you may want to consider not allowing them on the couch when you are sitting there, and when you are not there, cover it with a washable throw -- you can remove the throw before you sit on the couch -- I did that, and it helps -- happy 2025 to you and your family Nastya -- and to your pets
