"old school hip hop like Run DMC, now I'm linkin with Stranjah bout to run dnb"
sent a shiver down my spine, nasty lyric into some nasty bass!
Stranjah...one of the few music production youtuber gurus with actual real world music experience.
A stranjah you can trust!
I like that quote!!
@@STRANJAH Me too! Nice one Jason!👍🏻

This is the Rawest shit ever! I love Stranjah's teachings and how humble and generous he is, sharing all this wonderful content and knowledge! What an absolute privilege. Big ups Big Love & Respect! Amazing Track! Inspiring stuff! Outstanding!
love you stranjah, in a. world of electronic music secrecy where no one wants to share their secrets, you show all and help us all become better producers, I will be buying some of your merchandise very soon, you have helped me like no other tutorial. You waste no time, every second is gold. Praise to you!
like seriously, what a legend
Stranjah how can one not love you, you dispense good vibes only
Bob's old-school sample - it's certainly strong and funny!) sampling is sometimes our everything ))
Oh wow that's what the stab is ?! cool ideas dude.
Legend
Super dope track!
Thank you my friend!
Thank you for giving so much back and paying so much forward, eternal respect to a real junglist soldier.
The new mix sounds GREAT. Noticeable improvement on an already great project.
That whole vocal stab bit, is awesome. You would never know!🤘
Yeah, I was a bit surprised myself with the results!
mad tune, both are sick .
I just found your videos today and I gotta say I really like how you teach your workflow, it's concise and focusing on the simple building blocks which is very nice for learning at both a broad and narrow level. Thanks for sharing, you just got a new subscriber !
God! You still being the best production youtuber.
Thank you!
The way you can recall who tipped you off to certain synths…steel trap. You’re insanely talented.
Love the simplicity in the making of this banger ! This new relecture is bringing this little touch of modern punch and clarity, well done Strange Jah ! 😉
wicked video...thanks for the breakdown...inspiring stuff as usual.
Absolute banger and sick snare instruments!
Awesome video. 😎 Thank you for the breakdown.
Bro I beg that you try recreate the bass from L-Side & Bassman - Nasty Style
Wow! I remember this one and was not expecting the revisit. Very nicely done and it's good to know, that even someone like yourself is still learning and growing and can still improve upon earlier works, that were already very well done.
Thanks man, as producers its important to continually seek improvement and growth!
My don!.. so proud of you x
Amazing track, I really feel like you've mastered the simplicity of such dnb rollers lol. So simple yet feels like everything is in the perfect spot and nothing else needs to be added. Also I honestly prefer the 1st version, the raw sound of the vocal chops and the sub really fits the vibe.
More of this type of video please!
love you man you a fucking good person sharing all this maximum respect
awesome
Boomin' tune, mate..
Real decent breakdown of the track. Vocals do make a track tbh. Sick tune!
It is a seminal track, UK approved!
3:28, couldn't have said it any better! Amazing stuff man! Thx
Tha's rad, and I couldn't imagine my tracks ever being played by them. Big ups!
Feeling the master version more than '23.
Vibe!
❤
have played and listened to many of your tracks but this one i just something different
You have taught me so much bro I'm defo gonna buy some of your packs soon when I'm paid legit so easy to follow. You need to get your ass to London and drop some bangers!
Thank you that means a lot Thomas!
This is tough
What an achievement mate. Congratulations
damn big wan!!! well deserved. this track goes OFF
My brothers a real one 💵📞 Congrats 🥲
It would be nice to hear the new track in full :)
Great video mate.
Glad you enjoyed it
Bless! 1st track are awesome, also is '23 mix vers - very good VIP ;-)
Thank u for have a look it to us, very interesting :)
Glad you enjoyed it!
The 2023 version sounds much better. Already sounded good, now its even better!
I liked this video and I subscribed to this channel just like you said. I'm no STRANJAH ANYMOAH
Challenge for you, how about recreating krust maintain, or roni brown paper-bag. As a longtime DNB appreciater, personally I can recall tons of significant tracks, why else has Drumsound, ShyFX and others got mainstream airplay in recent years.
since your giving out the samples etc , what if you did a remix competition? it would get your page engagement, possibly more followers and listeners + it would revive the OG track again !
just a suggestion
love your channel btw
What an insane drop 🥹
I'm trying to figure out which release's cover art your video background reminds me of. I thought it was Liftin' Spirits - Munition EP, but it could be early Renegade Hardware...
The new mix sounds much more modern and current...
Is the modular snare instrument in both the rough & rugged kit and the roller kit?
south america dj tour? how can we make it posible? i can link up to somepeople
I know I'm probably wrong, but the high end seems harsh?
Prefer the bass of the second for obvious reasons I think. Overall it definitely carries more energy.
Although the vocal stab I pref with the old actually
That stab 💥 did bad company use that same sample?
Not that I know of, but there has been similar stabs
Does sound similar lol...could be...
It's a good track, but calling one's own music 'seminal' is a bit over the top? How many dnb tunes deserve to be called a seminal piece of work? Maybe 5 or 10 tunes in total? BC - The Nine, Konflict - Messiah, Alex Reese - Pulp Fiction, Goldie - Timeless, etc - these are dnb tunes that have great importance or significance (aka are seminal) within the dnb scene. And how many of those artists (apart from maybe Goldie, lol) would have the balls/arrogance to call their own music 'seminal'?
I don't mean any hate but very few tunes within dnb are pieces of seminal work. A good tune is a good tune, but let's not get carried away.
I think he means it was seminal for him personally, not seminal for the whole dnb scene
Precisely, it was seminal in terms of some breakthroughs I had in techniques and personal style definition.
This is also highly subjective? What you may find that seminal, may not be the same for others and vice versa. I think music is a very personal thing and nobody should try and call somebody else out, because they see, or think differently than yourself. No hate here either, just saying...
@studioviper3016 what tracks do you have signed at all? I mean the tracks you list are pretty mainstream in the dnb community. I doubt youre on any labels that Stranjah is so let's not be jealous. Do you have a clue how hard it is to get released on metalheadz? What does your point matter to anyone? Maybe learn some manners, it goes a long way in life. I checked out your channel and noticed you repost other peoples music and have no tracks of your own on youtube. It's easy to sit back and judge others but if you're not also doing it, then your opinion isn't valid.
It was seminal in that it made me need to change my pants (UK) 👍
but you have 2000 listeners now on spotify so dont teach people about how a dated 5 year old track got played by some DJs
nice throw away account, kinda cringe. post up ur tunes, let's listen
"some DJs" is Noisia. Get some education bru
how many spotify listens you have is non sense. Totally doesn't matter in dnb. I don't even use spotify and its on it's way out. Spotify isn't shit to the dnb scene, nor is it an indicator of anything. Let's hear your music? Oh yeah that's right you don't have any. So you're a joke! I get it, and youre jealous. Noisia isn't just some dj. They're like the Michael Jordon or Tony Hawk of dnb.
Why are people like this?
2000 real listeners is better than a million fake ones!
