I own an Fimi A3, I have 2 original batteries, in about 8 months they last very little, about 10 minutes with the drone stopped in midair. I saw on youtube that by making a small modification you can attach a battery of rc drone. My question is, in your opinion, considering that the original battery weighs 170g and has a capacity of 2000Mah, which battery would be the best Mah / weight compromise for a longer flight duration? I was thinking of mounting a 2500mah battery, but I am still undecided about which to take, in a forum they recommended the gens ace, I would pay them 35 € each, instead a 2600mah hrb would pay about 20 € Could you give me some advice?
@@SupremeGang420 Problem is battery technology is always changing in a sense and even sometimes on a good known battery such as supposedly Trinity and Jen's Ace. I've had issues with those batteries and in reality. Do you really know where each manufacturer is getting there battery from? It's very similar to dishwashers, refrigerators and washing machines. A lot of times there are primary sources that manufacture and different name brand companies either just slap on a sticker and call it done or make a very minor change that can be positive or negative. The problem is the base source materials. A lot of the times are still the same. I will say I primarily use ovonic packs and that's not saying I've never had a problem. But I am very abusive with my packs on both sides of the coin and the ovonics seem to hold up pretty good at the moment. I'm testing Trinity rapid Trinity. It's not spelling it right I use talk to text TURNIGY
@ okay. So I’ve heard so bad reviews about the HOOVO ones and I looked at the HRB ones you showed in the video on Amazon and I didn’t see any bad reviews about them. I’ll have to purchase a few. Well actually maybe one for now to see how it will hold up.

I don't bother with these anymore. They seemed to be good but they are average at best. I even tried the graphene with the same results. However I am VERY hard on my batteries.
So the original batteries I had HRB failed even though I properly storage charged them. One cell was completely dead and the other lipo one cell was definitely on it's way out. Tried to recover them using the NIMH fix but that was a no go. Batteries were out of warranty but after talking with the company they "decided" it was best to warranty them plus 1. So far they are performing as expected. The real test will be extended storage however I have to modify the way I storage charge these batteries. Time will tell 😂🤣👍
@@avalanche15301 they so far are so GREAT! I've been using them in my UDR and they've been completely submerged and are performing. That UDR is a battery drainer and they are surviving MULTIPLE high rate discharges and top offs.

Great Video..I ust got my first Traxas Slash 4*4 and reall dissappointed with the NIMh battery and charger that came with it...I am barely getting 10 mins of run time with not more than 5mins at max power..can you suggest a good battery pack and charger I can buy from Amazon for this? I bought these for my e revo brushless. The same exact batteries. I checked their cell capacity out the box. Cell 1. Was 3.2 , cell 2 was 3.6, cell 3 was 3.8. Is that normal for them to be delivered with that voltage? I mean you say don’t go below 3.7 a cell and mine were below that brand new. Lipo are a dodgy technology. This is after I puffed 4 25c traxxas pos at 120 $ each. I’m predicting these hrb will fail like all lipo do prematurely. What happens if you drop a fully charged and swollen lipo on the road at force???
They do say you get what you pay for. I don't buy Traxxas batteries, overpriced. To be honest maxamps is the way to go but they are EXPENSIVE. I've been testing a China direct battery zoppower and so far I'm extremely surprised, no puff, cells are balanced and charge well. Yes lipos are definitely scattered for quality and usage. Zop power again have been my cheapest buy and haven't been a problem. Maxamps are my most expensive . . . yeah damn are they expensive but top notch. Yes throwing your batteries to pavement at 90mph can damage them 🤣😂🤣😂👍

Are you using these lipos in an E Revo? I am curious if 6000 mah will fit in the compartment. They are long and they fit fine in my Tyhpon 3s.

I bought a HRB 3300 3s 60c, it doubled the run time on my UDI Arrow 5 over the stock battery.
Mine are still good after a year of use.
