I tried bone marrow at the steakhouse on the Mardi Gras this sumer and the texture was a hard no for me. I felt violated trying to eat it. I told my husband that I needed a hug after that experience. 🤣 It was a very large portion and I got down two tiny bites.
Spread it on some type of bread or toast. Maybe that will help with the weird texture. The first time I had bone marrow it was in a angus beef burger. Probably the best burger Ive ever had.
