Everyone thought that a woman can be a doctor, our problem with jodie isn’t that she’s a woman it’s that the script isn’t good, not jodie’s fault, she’s doing a great job, that is Chris Chibnall’s fault
In my opinion Jodie is a good actor - her work in Trust Me and Broadchurch was good- but I just don’t think she was suited for this role. Admittedly I have some bias because I’m not behind the idea of a female doctor but I would have been more supportive it had been someone more similar to Michelle Gomez (Missy) or Helena Bonham Carter in the role. I just don’t think Jodie was the right fit for this character. She seems to be attempting to pull of something Tennant or Smith-esque with some of her speeches and quite blatantly not doing a good job at it. The one the sticks out to me is her speech in “It Takes You Away” (loved more and lost more). The dialogue itself seemed very reminiscent of Smith’s “Rings of Atkahen” speech but feels flat by comparison, and doesn’t have the same drive behind it, and same goes for a lot of the dialogue that is meant to be ‘powerful’. Don’t get me wrong, no hate to Whittaker; she can act powerfully- her other performances have been wonderful - but I think she lacks the quirkiness and the style to pull of the Doctor in all his/her alien epicness. A combination between this and Chibnall’s lack of writing talent is what has reduced the quality of the series for me. (I’m bound to have spelled stuff wrong somewhere in this rant but for once I don’t care)

You talk about how the 11th Doctor loves river song then you show the scene when the tardis turned into a women You called the 12th Doctor, the 20th doctor You called rose, rosa You said fish stick, instead of fish finger
I can totally understand why it's hard for people to accept a female doctor because it is a big change with the roles of the companion and the doctor being switched gender. I think we have over thought a lot nowadays and should just maybe think slightly more simple again. I personally think that they should if stuck with a Male actor for the doctor but I do think a change is absolutely fine
He said at the beginning who can forget fishsticks and custard, well clearly he has because what fishsticks and custard is fish fingers and custard And who the hell is rosa, its rose and Clarera its Clara and were only on the thirteenth doctor, so how is Peter the twentieth hes the twelfth, oh my life
Jon Pertwee. He played the 3rd Doctor. I remember the first time I saw Doctor Who (in 1974) and even though we got the older shows on PBS, the 3rd Doctor was the first one I had ever seen.
What about Freema and only a small group thought there wouldn't be a female doctor. The idea of a female doctor goes back to an interview Patrick Troughton gave when he suggested a female doctor
That was just one of many errors. I suspect they're all just typos, and the narrator was simply reading his copy verbatim. OSSA is just a content farm, cranking out click bait as fast as possible. No time to fix typos or do a second take when he calls Georgia Moffett "the Doctor of the actor who portrayed the Fifth Doctor."
Mike Craze(Ben Jackson) was married to Production Assistant Edwina Verner, they met each other on the set of The Tenth Planet(both are now sadly deceased) Anneke Wills(Polly) was married to the late Michael Gough Producer John Nathan-Turner was the partner of Production Manager Gary Downie. the late Caroline John(Liz Shaw) was married to Geoffrey Beevers( The Master) 60's Script Editor Victor Pemberton was the partner of actor David Spenser(Thomni in The Abominable Snowmen)
Hmm. A freelance writer. Evident by the many inaccurate errors. Minimum effort, and minimum accuracy. When you stated Jodie W. is a big Dr. Who fan, that is a lie, made up by the access media. David Tennant and Jodie are friends, because they have worked together before for years. And on Tennant's podcast, he invited Jodie on. During the podcast, she stated that she was not a Dr. Who fan, but was given they role anyway. And only after receiving the job, did she get the dvds of previous seasons, and binge watched to get ready for the role. Which explains why her portrayal of the first female doctor is a lot like Tennant's doctor. Jodie evens says in the cast, that she played the doctor like a combination of Tennant and Smith. Clearly she had no original thoughts about the role and put forth minimal effort, to a cherished character, and for a groundbreaking moment for women. She ruined an amazing opportunity, and a historical fictional character in a long time franchise of the international community. Simply she is a disgrace to women, fans, and the Doctor Who legacy.
My word, give the fella a bit of slack, he's not penning the next series, just imparting a bit of information. People slip up occasionally and the words come out wrong. I noticed the same thing in a couple of the grumpy comments, words were missing, poor grammar etc. so it happens to everyone.
With CGI, it WILL be possible to “bring back old favorites”. We need an actor to do the body double work. And as we’ve seen, episodes don’t have to be in chronological order. When I first saw “The Key to Time” WGN loaded the fourth episode instead of the third. The director shrugged and said “it IS a Time Travel show”. We could have flashbacks to the Fourth Doctor every month.
My faveorite Doctor is Peter Davison... like his son in law to be at the time said in the short TIME CRASH and i Quote, " you know what Doctor.. you were MY Doctor" something every fan always says about their own personal favourite :) btw if you havent seen Time Crash it is on RUclips and really good :)

You talk about how the 11th Doctor loves river song then you show the scene when the tardis turned into a women
You called the 12th Doctor, the 20th doctor
You called rose, rosa
You said fish stick, instead of fish finger
Any one gonna talk about the fact he said that there’s only 9 months between his children and his wife?
David. Makes my heart. Spin.
It's not the actor I mean they are great, but it's the writing- it's getting worse in my opinion
Smith is straight ?! Thank God. We were always a little worried.
How cute is Karen! I love she!!! 😁🥰
This video is terrible, Bad clickbait, wrong and SO MANY MISTAKES
Matt Smith the 11th Doctor is my favorite. And I absolutely loved Missy and River Song too! Aloha from Maui ~
Where's Martha
River was NEVER the Doctor's daughter!
And what about Martha, Mickey, RIVER???
Him: It's the twentieth
Comments section: You got it wrong, idiot, dumb
Him: DID I STUTTER
What about Martha?
8:33 you could say that she calls her daddy on screen and off screen.
He said at the beginning who can forget fishsticks and custard, well clearly he has because what fishsticks and custard is fish fingers and custard
And who the hell is rosa, its rose and Clarera its Clara and were only on the thirteenth doctor, so how is Peter the twentieth hes the twelfth, oh my life
Jon Pertwee. He played the 3rd Doctor. I remember the first time I saw Doctor Who (in 1974) and even though we got the older shows on PBS, the 3rd Doctor was the first one I had ever seen.
Music in the video is too loud. It really distracts from the text I would like to listen.
Thank you for your observations and attention to our video! We will try our best to make it up to you!
This is too distract you from the bad research/many, many mistakes this video included.
What about Freema and only a small group thought there wouldn't be a female doctor. The idea of a female doctor goes back to an interview Patrick Troughton gave when he suggested a female doctor
Tennant > Matt > Capaldi
I appreciate Matt a lot more than I used to in comparison to when he first started, Tennant was superb though.
I always love it when Americans try and talk about British stuff. They ALWAYS mess it up in the most funny ways
Twentieth doctor??!!! I think that should have said twelfth 😊
@Jason Mistretta That damn TARDIS again! Wibbly wobbly timey wimey 😉
@@WyldstaarStudios I missed that one ☺
Mike Craze(Ben Jackson) was married to Production Assistant Edwina Verner, they met each other on the set of The Tenth Planet(both are now sadly deceased)
Anneke Wills(Polly) was married to the late Michael Gough
Producer John Nathan-Turner was the partner of Production Manager Gary Downie.
the late Caroline John(Liz Shaw) was married to Geoffrey Beevers( The Master)
60's Script Editor Victor Pemberton was the partner of actor David Spenser(Thomni in The Abominable Snowmen)
Just imagine be david tennant’s son 😱😭
I only came for Richard Madden. And I know he's actually single. Stop making stuff up!
Richard's not single. He's been dating Brandon Flynn since like January.
David Mernick he’s gay ??!
@@mattlolo5838 Unconfirmed.
@@davidmernick7360 didn't he say it was just a rumor? But that'd be cool!
@@jungoo3486 Nope, when asked about Brandon he said he "doesn't talk about his relationships." Make of that what you will.
Perhaps the narrator is referring to the special Kelvin Timeline Doctor Who in which everything is 25% different...
Due to the thumbnail I'm now very sad because I thought captain Jack was with Matt Smith.
did he just say.. fish s-s-s.. fish.. FISH STICKS?
6:48 he looks like dimitri medvedev but more british
‘Can you remember his fish sticks and custard?’ ‘fish sticks’ I’m offended
The slitheen costums are timeless and amazingly made I hate it when people say older alien costumes and sgi affects are bad some still look good today
