By executing court order peace can not be established. It will aggravate the situation. Same like ladies sabarimala temple entry this SC judgement is also aggravates blood shed. SC must evaluate and foresee social repercussions before issuing judgements. Here, court is asking to hand over properties made by a faction to another faction without least consideration of fundamental rights and rule of law. Because of this judgement, human rights are violated even blocked burial of dead bodies. Still SC & HC are insisting execution of the judgement without least consideration of humanity. Thus inhuman barbarian judgement must be cancelled. Is India a democratic country. Why fundamental righs are not protected by apex court.
