The opening was amazing , whom ever is your video editor pieced that together quiet nicely. not to mention whom ever was flying the drone managed some beautiful shots (The combine color back dropped by the sunset and lightning . Beautiful)
How appropriate! A little Sturm und Drang harvesting in the Big Sky Country. Your cinematography has come so far in the past few years - Congratulations and Well Done!
Talk about the best commercial for Case ever, they just need to give Welker Farms that machine now! No production company or AI can ever top that! Great job! 🤘🏼💪🏼🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
WHAT AN INTRO! That drone footage was amazing and the editing was even better! RUclips suggested this video and now I'm hooked. Want back and watched bunch of your older videos for the last 4 hours.
Really glad Scott took on the pump repair, and that it was just a gasket. Nick's drone footage is simply some of the best on youtube and up there with big budget production on TV stuff.
Absolutely Amazing Video! The vivid colors with the tractor lights, storm, and natural sunset with fading lights. Just beautiful! I think CASE IH just found their next commercial footage!
I have to start with saying how awe-inspiring the drone footage at the start of the video is!! That is one hell of a combine, it's just amazing the technology, performance & capacity of that machine! Damned glad New Blue was an easy, cheap fix, if you don't count the fuel. Thanks Welkers for doing this channel.
Great Video, I am a retired TV Producer and I would like to say that your opening shots really added some flare to this episode. Thanks for sharing such dramatic shots with us your viewers.
Give your Entro person a raise!!!!!!! Wow!! Last time I seen something like that was 20yrs ago hauling cattle in that part of the country. Absolutely stunning!!
that is a really cool shot with the storms on the horizon, I remember being in the field and seeing storms on the horizon like that and think "go go go go!!" to try and beat the storm
It's amazing to watch the AF11 combine work with the automation, I can only imagine how much more productive, and potentially profitable, harvest is with the constant tuning monitoring of the system. Great video Nick!
Beautiful photography of harvest and a prairie thunderstorm! I grew up in rural Alberta been in that rush to finish up as much as you can before the rain myself !
Thanks to the Welkers for another amazing video today!!!! Just absolutely incredible opening to the video!!!!!! Wow and wow and incredibly fantastic opening to this video with the lightening show in the sky!!!!! Absolutely took my breath away!!!!!!! Had tears in my eyes to the dramatic feeling the video gave me-amazing!!!!!!!! Nick, your ability to produce cinematography of that caliber is just incredible and beyond words; I get teary eyed just thinking and talking about it. The light show in the sky melted into the farm combine scenes was just fantastic!!!!!!!! My compliments to you Nick for doing that. Case IH should use some of that video for their marketing program. You were running around 11 mph most of the time in the wheat. Wow. Wonderful piece of machinery!!!!!! Scott my compliments to you for figuring out the problem with the new blue truck. Just a gasket needing replacement. That is great compared to replacing the fuel pump dollar wise in cost. That is wonderful especially at harvest time when costs are high. You did a great job on that one Scott!!!!!! Liked your dad’s fun comments about the repairs. He comes up with some of the best one liners-ha!!!!!!!! Well that is about it I guess. This had been a wonderful video with excellent content!!!!!!! The Welker Family Farming Operation is one to be proud of; I am thrilled to know you all!!!!!! My prayers and blessings to you always!!!!! The Iowa farm boy. Steve. 😊😊👍✅🙏❤️🇺🇸🇺🇸
I Love your channel, and videos!! Your beginning cinematography and drone footage is phenomenal, especially with the lightning in the background. Your perseverance is very impressive, absolutely wonderful family of humble good hearted people. You restore my faith in humanity. I work in the Bakken oilfield in ND and I am quite familiar with those short burst of weather that change your day in about 6 minutes. I really hope you have that big harvest crop in the future. With the staggering input cost, and cost of everything else it's hard to make ends meet. Been watching for years, your faith is inspiring!! "America Oil on America Soil " Mark
It was good to see how you repaired the injection pump cover for just the cost of a gasket and some "know how". I told my wife that Welker Farms can repair just about anything. That is pretty impressive.
So impressed with your equipment and knowledge. So different from my experience living on a 200-acre dairy farm in Wisconsin. My last tractor ride was 1975.
Seems you have been in the rainy season lately. Hopefully it helps the next round of crops. You guys have had some seriously dry years for a while. Hopefully this is a sign things are coming around for you!
One other factor for high-tension power lines, 1 inch per 10,000 volts. Those lines could be anywhere between 130,000 and 750,000v. Most likely they are in the 300kv range (given how low to the ground they are). That gives you 30 inches of MINIMUM clearance to avoid an arc. And that's on a 'normal' day (dry air makes the minimum safe distance bigger, humid air makes it smaller. Wind makes it smaller, still air makes it higher, etc). So, if you have 3 feet between your combine and the line, you'd theoretically be safe. But with a 1 foot clearance, there's a chance it'd jump the 1 foot distance and zap you anyway.
Well Scott I'm glad you got baby blue repaired and Nick you're doing a heck of a job driving that af11 with that 50 ft header keep up the good work and keep sending that great videos
Get a Fiberglass Clearance Stick and measure the pole for the wire clearance from the combine. If it's questionable, go around or get the Montana public utilities commission to revise the wires or post the needed clearance along the power line path. about Every 1/4 mile or so. 😊
People do not understand the high cost that you have farming. I know you were happy, but I was glad to see a gasket fix that truck Those pumps are expensive Love the beginning was
I’ve been subscribed to welker farms channel for years! It’s how I know of Zach Johnson, & Chet from Larson farms, But I wish these video’s got more views so worth the time, I love the videos & this drone footage is actually insane
We farmed a number of hilly acres with high tension wires cutting thru them. In a couple of places where the poles were on both sides of the crest of the hill, there was maybe 5'-6' of clearance. Our tallest piece of equipment was just over 10'. No way I'd want to take that AF11 under.
Hahahaha love the "duct tape and wire" metaphor, almost typical of us farmers on how to fix things. "$6 and no leaks", until the next leak. LOL Tis how farming works Scott. Now, I have to call you out, you forgot to spit on that gasket first... for luck. Hahahaha I'm old school and will always goes at a comfortable speed. Hoping you're able to get all your wheat done before that combine has to go back, you're really knocking out the acres. Great video as always, cheers :)
CASE IH should make a commercial for TV with your introduction footage. WOW that was cool!!!!
The opening was amazing , whom ever is your video editor pieced that together quiet nicely. not to mention whom ever was flying the drone managed some beautiful shots (The combine color back dropped by the sunset and lightning . Beautiful)
I’m sure it was his or leg arms wife…. One of them do the editing
@@Stuff_said_ Hollywood aka Nick does the editing
it's Agristudios that edits the videos I belive
The description says Levi B does the editing
Truly amazing..you need to have a good 20 minutes of film like that. The lightning colors just awesome.

Talk about the best commercial for Case ever, they just need to give Welker Farms that machine now! No production company or AI can ever top that! Great job! 🤘🏼💪🏼🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
...I suppose now is a good time to admit we had leg arms shooting fireworks in the sky pretending to be lightning...

Opening footage an American family keeping us all fed! Can't do it without the spirit and hard work of families like yours.
Great job Legarms ,getting RE-Pete back on the road so quick!
This has to be the best farming intro I have ever seen. Looks like Zach and all the others need to step it up a notch. Good job guys.
As always another EPIC video. Harvesting with the lightning in the distance is the best on RUclips. Great cinematography.
The orange backdrop in the opening of this video is outstanding! Add the lightning and you have an award winning piece of video footage!!!
Absolutely Amazing Video! The vivid colors with the tractor lights, storm, and natural sunset with fading lights. Just beautiful! I think CASE IH just found their next commercial footage!

Nick your drone photography is breathtaking, you should receive an award. 👏👏👍
How your drone footage was FANTASTIC! Excellent editing and smooth harvesting. Scott good job on the PeterBuild fix!
And that's how you make a video, some fantastic shots and the colours unbelievable.
Such a grand opening, job well done Welker Farms.
Nick you have set the bar pretty high. Your videoagraphy tops even Hollywoods finest. Well done
This needs to be part of a Case IH advertising campaign!
Nick, you have done it again! That opening cinematography is, once again, out of this world. Better and better every year. Amazing!
The opening drone footage was absolutely incredible!!
Great Video, I am a retired TV Producer and I would like to say that your opening shots really added some flare to this episode. Thanks for sharing such dramatic shots with us your viewers.

Happy / relieved that Pete 377 was a quick fix. That CaseIH is a real beast. So impressive.
Many of the tractors I operated, when growing up, had a max road speed of 12 mph, and you are combining at 11 mph. Times have changed.
Nick does a fantastic explaining which I personally - must take a lot of time to get into all the details about this wonderful machine🙏🤓

Wow the cinematography was amazing nice work.
That opening with the lightning was something else!
Wow that drone work was incredible. It was like watching a Case promo.
Hollywood pays their cinematographers, big bucks for those kind of shots. Simply amazing..
Thanks for sharing the operations of the big machines!
