Hello , dear pahle apni diet control kijiye jaise agar aap raat me 2 roti khate ho to ek kar dijiye ,ya fir jitni bhookh h usse kam khana khaiye or jaise raat me khichdi, dalia, chila, soup ,es tarah ka khana rakhiye Or time se khaa lijiye 8 baje tak agar possible h to 7 baje tak or fir walk start kijiye agar din me time nahi hai to raat me or jab 15 days diet or walk ka hoga fir workout start kijiye to dekhna bahut farak padega ❤😊
