You are very particular with your gear....it’s important. I surf ALOT and I find that if i don’t have a bikini that stays on the right way, or I am wearing a spring suit that is too hot or too cold for the season, or if my hair is not in a tight pony tail...it distracts me from my session. As silly as it sounds, it is so important to have the right stuff! Aloha from Maui and keep up with the workouts! 🤙🏝❤️

My personal New Years' resolutions: restore my own flexibility and watch as much ballet as humanly possible. Health, happiness, and joy to you and yours!!!
