@@jesseoliver3673 Great to get your feedback, friend. I think they dont write lyrics with explicit social criticism like Green Heaven, Fight like a Brave, Jhonny Kick, Power of Equality, Righteous and Wicked... what do you think?
@@cristobalandresarriagadapa691 I was referring specifically to the “soft pop” aspect of the original comment. Sure, their sound has changed heavily from these types of songs, but I would NEVER put these guys into a pop type. I still believe they’re hardcore rockers, just a little older and more mellow now.
Hilel was an extraordinary guitar player
One of my favourite songs by them.
happy heavenly birthday Slovak!!!
One of the coolest fucking things I've seen.
I always liked the lyrics I can hear the Hendrix influence in hillel
And you can hear hillel and hendrix influence in john
Great upload, they seemed to have a bigger, funkier sound in the early years, this has gotten me interested in RHCP again.
Fucking love this live version. Such original music
Super song.

George Clinton knows what's dope

John and Chad wasn't in the band until 3/4 years later lol
Back when RHCP Lyrics were social and political concerned. They are great. I love them. But Fame and money turned them soft pop not involved band

@@jesseoliver3673 They are pop and boring nowadays.
