- This is my first time out in my new Suzuki Jimny. Driving around some of the spectacular green lanes in Sussex/ surry. Jimmy showed determination as it tested it’s grit against some of the big boys. Brilliant day out. enjoy 👍🏻

never! underestimate a jimny haha good vid :)
One of these as the suv (winter ) and then a mx5 as the sports car ( summer ) perfect combo. Both affordable and reliable.
Love the jim y adventures. Hope to own one one day
Arun S. yes get one i’m loving it 👍🏻
Brilliant video
Would like to see more of the jimny, good video all the same 👍👍
will hop to put more up in a wile
Beatiful vidio!
Kadir Yıldırım thank you
Nice I've always loved the jimney, after my VW fox struggled with the snow, I wonder how the Jimney coped with the snow. before I am buying one
Reed Wischhusen mine was amazing in the snow. I never even took it out of two wheel drive! I have got mud tires on it though but it was sooooo good!
Just bought one and was a bit worried about what it might be able to do. Looks like it can handle a lot! Great film.
Droning On yes they can I’m on my 3rd Jimny now
They are extremely good offroad. I've got one, they are extremely good because they're light. However because of the lack of power compared to a disco or defender, you have to drive them a bit harder. Unless you are just doing green laning, then they're fine.
Sick Great cam angles take me next time bro 😃😃
TheTonstar1 fpv haha cheers bro will do definitely 👍🏻
GERfusion cool
🤔
Nice video :) just got a Jimny too. Am struggling to find any lanes in West Sussex where I am. We have Slindon Pits to play in tho every other weekend!
Mike Wright Nice 👍🏻 good fun. Some more lains on the south downs awell as Leaf Hill that ain’t to far
Have the same problem I usually go to East Sussex and surrey. or there's a play and play site called Piccadilly woods in bolney which is great fun
@@jamessayers4474 yeah I just found that one on facebook! Slindon this sunday :)
Hey mate, please tell me about the hassle to mount the ignis sport recaro seats? Was it a huge pain in the ass or are they plug and play?
his
there what lift and wheels size and tyres do you have on your jimny mate
thanks
What tyres do you have? Is it lifted?
As a new sports fan, is like to know your jimny set up. I got a jimny myself but don't want to go mad on buying stuff for it. Let me know please
Nice video. I got the 2017 Jimny myself. What tire size do you have? 215/75 R15 ?
And what offset do you have on the rims?
Have you made any other mods like lift kit or something?
Best regards from Sweden.
Knowledge Thanks mate to be completely honest with you I just bought it like that. I don’t really know enough myself but I wanna get into it. Thought this Jimny was a good place to start. Sorry pal
GERfusion Don't worry :) If you look at the tires you will see some inscription. Brand-name and also the size. Would be helpful if yo could take a look if you can. Best regards
Knowledge, I have bfgoodrich mud terrains 215/75/15 with a 2" pro comp suspension lift, snorkel and will be buying a breather kit aswell. If that helps at all.
Thx man, well the thing is that my factory waranty will not be valid if i do a suspension lift for example. I need to keep myself calm for 3 years before going crazy with mods. I´m afraid that going with 215/75/15 on stock suspention might be somehow tight on the front tires when turning ??? Any ideas?
Hey knowledge, have you considered 205/75r15s? They fit under even the 2nd gens fat bumper, and will have a negligible difference to the vehicles gearing. 195/80r15 are also highly rated.
That being said, have you cleared the increase in tyre size with your dealer? It can effect your warranty a lot as they put the drivetrain under more stress, The unofficial figure I've heard thrown around is that Suzuki allows for a 3% change in circumference (205/75 are 2.9ish%, 215/75 are 5ish%)
Suzuki jimny 👍
good video
Dylan Matthews cheers 👍🏻
Mate look up - Jimny on the old telegraph ! You'll be surprised how good they are !
There is the $1000 dollar Zook on 4x4action
Can I ask what brackets you have holding your roof basket on mate?
It was a custom roof rack so no brackets, just 1 pease
Where is this ?
where in Sussex is this? Or is it Surrey Hills?
colinevewright Leaf Hill mate may be surry yes sorry
Any mods other than tires?
Go jimny. Just leave the music out
Cool. Keep up the shots of your girlfriend who looks like Wonder Woman.
Join BigJimny.
Hi where is the first part of your video please ??
At the beginning 🤣👍🏻
Action man's wet dream. Getting stuck in mud.
just add some chromo axles and front lockers :)
Lol you say see if the jimny keeps up but stick some mud tyres on it and its the most capable vehicle there, its onky the disco thats better at the moment lol.
Everyone thinks cause there small they wont be that good lol. I always prove people wrong in mine.
Danny F I was proud of my little jimny it done well. It could of done alot more but the driver let it down, as I was nervous I would brake it 🤣👍🏻
Recovery straps?🤣
No, don't have a go at the bit on the left 😑, if it's not the actual route of the byway, you shouldn't be there and you give all the other drivers a bad reputation for damaging private property 😥....other than that, good stuff, I enjoyed it 😁
danebrewer10 Hi, at the time I read this comment I didn’t realise that the bit on the left wasn’t part of the Byway. Wasn’t sure what you was talking about. Now I’ve been doing it more I’ve come to realise that the bits that go off are not part of the byways and therefore shouldn’t be used. I didn’t realise we was doing anything wrong at the time. So my apologies. We went down there not long ago and it’s been completely blocked off now that bit on the left.
Is this what you call off-road?
Well I cant call it on-roading can I now 🙄
Land rover's and Range rover's aint no good off road. They get stuck in a flat field.
Haha they ain’t that bad, thanks for comment
Gosh how I wish this indeed was off road! My driveway is more challenging than this...seriously- any AWD would do this loop without much trouble as long as they got decent set of rubber- a/t tyres at the least. Search for off road in Australia for a decent taste folks ;)
Francocallederivas Wow, aren’t you lucky to have such a shit hole driveway 🤣🤣🤣
I gotta second what this guy is saying
Extreme 4x4 tracks in uk and America look very much like my sedan could drive it
If you want hard tracks come to Australia without 31-33’s and a 2-4 inch lift you just won’t get through on your own and that disco looks very stock
@@blink1821986 And why do all people have to drive xtreme trails? For me the trail in the video is enough to have fun
Dechant Jonas well it’s like calling a hot dog a pizza.... it’s just not at all
There’s basic dirt roads... unkept dirt roads-meaning a lot of pot holes and maybe a bog hole and mud... then there’s a basic track which a standard 4wd could do maybe even a highly experienced 4wder in a 2wd
Then there’s 4by tracks- ruts bog holes mud rocks etc
Then there’s hard 4by track where you definitely need a set of 33’s and a 2inch lift minimum winch is optional but ya gonna get stuck don’t go alone type tracks
Then there is stuff like hard to say depending on where you are in Australia they are tuff trucks.... basically non road 4wds mostly a cage with wheels and stupidly long suspension
Extreme track is probably the one before the tuff truck tack
This is a glorified unkept dirt road
Dechant Jonas not to mention I have driven this and it’s 2wd only if it’s been raining a lot a tad slippery but hi range 4wd easy
stupid music blasting
