Am I the only one who thinks she's not worth investing? Her skills doesn't make sense specially in long term. Imagine if game release a really really great tank in future and you can't pair it with this Noelle lol.
Honestly, Noelle can be great at tanking. But we are obviously not supposed to be able to play every character alongside every random units To me, given the insane amount of damage she can deal + her being a harmony type, the only characters that will annoy her in the future are Chaos ones But as they can be easily handled by RGB ones, I feel like it’s not THAT big of a problem
@@giova7183the restriction on her is just bad. You will not play her with other tanks and with another Noelle. She's not versatile for long term use. For sure they will release another festival.uniy that can match her damage without restrictions like hers.

Isn’t Noelle passive really bad 🧐🧐 more speed will take off your buffs while enemy still got theirs 🧐🧐
More spd meaning you get to taunt alot more units and deal more dmg.
