I stopped dairy completely for two months. Apparently, I had an upper respiratory infection that migrated into my ear, and dairy was exacerbating it.

Okay good information but would have liked for you to explain how to relieve these two joints and muscle that connects. Would a chiropractor be a good choice for this or doctors
I feel like my head is a bottle of soda almost half full and when you turn the bottle upside down you know that bubble that travels to the top well that best describes how my head feels on the right side like a balloon inside my head in the right side only
What I really appreciate about Your video is (at least I feel this way) you care so either he or someone very close to him has suffered from these horrible conditions that most er health care professionals (I use those 3 word’s VERY Carefully) refer to as “Just a headache”.
Hello thank you very much all that you explain about the OC1 and the C23 joints or muscle ect gave me a clear understanding why I been getting these headaches so much for the last 3 weeks all the doctors told me is sinus so been on antibiotics and pain tablet it will work but comes right back so listening to ur video give me a clear answer to my question thank you very much God bless you always 😊😊

Yes it goes into my temple like a shock waves- two days now - it kind of vibrates and my left hand has a tingling sensation from time to time while I’m resting or sleeping .

I have severe, lighting BOLT type pain on the right side of my head. It's seemingly intermittent by a few seconds. It seems like it's more behind & on the top of ear. I've never had this type of pain before, but I am MISERABLE! 🙏🏾 😭 😢

@@dixitpundir15 Mine seem to be muscle-related. After doing a series of exercises for occipital neuralgia, mine eventually went away. It took about two days though. I pray that you will find the source of your pain as well.

@@Scrumpleey I'm not a medical expert, but below is one of the exercise videos that I tried. Also, I would look up at the ceiling over my opposite shoulder for about 5 secs (Repeat until pain slowly subsides.) I pray that this helps you! 🙏🏾

Mine's on the temple and right above the ear on the right side...I had this about 9 days now and when I'm having lunch or dinner I fell like vomiting... Please help

So you've told us where the real problem could be located, but not what the real problem could be. What kinds of issues with the neck joints could be causing these headaches? Cheers.

@@jesussaves7973 Chiro adjustments are quackery. I do see a chiro. And I get a lot of benefit from all the extra curricular stuff we do (ie: physical therapy, exercises, stretches, traction, etc.) But I'm 1,000% convinced that the adjustments are total bs. Nothing more than the spinal equivalent of cracking one's knuckles.

I've had a temple throb/ pressure on my right side feeling for about 10 days now. I was on gabapentin after having a hernia surgery 4 weeks ago. I went to the ER 2 nights ago and the Dr there checked me out. Refused to order a CT scan because he said it outweighs the risks. He had me tap, squeeze his fingers, follow his finger trail and stand up, move in certain directions. They said my BP and my Pulse was fine. They told me to take ibuprofen.... 2 days later the throb is still there.....

Don't take the gabapentin. It's garbage. I don't know who the hell prescribed you gabapentin after surgery but they should be fired & charged for it.

I’ve had a cycle of left side one day and right side on the next day for the last 15 years now. I’ve had mri’s, preventatives, triptans, nsaid’s and paracetamol. The neurologist just tells me I have medication over use headaches, but I tapered off them and made no difference. I wonder if it’s a neck issue, if so would a physio or a chiropractor be best for treating this?

Can someone tell me if a 22 year old guy can get a migraine?? I'm kinda fit, recently got a little fat since I couldn't hit the gym for few months.. having a little stress and my headache started one week back.. few days after i had fever and coughing.. my headache is on top of my right brain.. like I can literally feel me right brain but it's on the top and not sides, it comes back again and again like twice or thrice a day and it only lasts for 2 to 3 seconds, not more than that... Am I having a migraine? Because I had no headache problems till now and No other symptoms that I can think of.

I have cysts on my right hemisphere. Have cervical PID and spondylosis on the left side. But I always have migraines and cluster headache on my right side. And I have epilepsy too (focal impaired awareness)
