I've never actually had a cat die to a fox hunting encounter, I think its like a really really low chance for it to happen, if its even possible. But that aside... HOLY MOLY SAFFRONSTAR! MY BOY! IM SO PROUD!! He really survived and thrived... and now he's leader! Can't wait to see what the future holds for him!
Love the series and I have one thing to point out the original cat was shadow feather I know it wasnt shadow sight cause she never saw that badger before it ended her also that scene between Banzaituft and Saffron is just what I love about this series its a story of survival and I guess you can say they wont be Forgotten👍
maybe you should change the clans name to Banzai Clan in honor of the medicine cat who despite terrible circumstance's and hardship raised the clans medicine cat and future leader through the apocalypse. despite the death of shadow feather, and the loss of fish eyes, he still moved on resolutely till his kits could take care of themselves. Without him, there would be no clan.
Maybe Wildskitter started the argument because he was very grief stricken and even though Bluebell and Saffronstar tried to make him feel better he reacted in anger

I kind of think Wild Skitter was putting on a happy face to the clan to hide the fact that they are grieving.
