There is a guy called Silent who makes bug fixing patches for old buggy games like GTA III,GTA Vice City and GTA San Andreas,you should try and install his patches,GTA San Andreas ran flawlessly when i applied Silent's patch even when i get high fps
I would recommend the Definitive Edition Project patch for the 3 classic games. They include everything such as the silent patch and FPS fixes, as well as heaps more.

I believe GTA 5 is hardcapped at 188fps. But yeah, crazy to imagine though. I imagine in a few generations, a 50 series card could run GTA 5 maxed out at 4k over 60fps.

Will you test Tiny Tina's Wonderlands in the future ? I feel it could be a great game to benchmark, it has a lot of different environments and intensive sections and it's real fun

The fact is that the PS5 is currently basically better value for money than almost any PC Gpu, with Alex's latest Death Stranding video showcasing it is only a little behind a 3060ti
if you wonder why gta sa is runing at same fps, thats because antialiasing setting is broken If you have like HD4000 you can run gta sa at max settings with great fps, if you turn on antialiasing to max you get like 3fps on hd610 too, i checked both, on hd610 runs smoother

Grand Theft Auto IV is my fav GTA game (first one i fully played through even though i tried GTA 3 first) and GTA 3 and VC are more than decent while imo V is just decent but i do prefer the definitive edition
