There really should be a lot more Andorians in the shows, 99% of the federation seems to be human 😅

For a lot of their history different species crewed their own ships. So Human ships had almost all humans, Vulcans ships all Vulcans. That changed later on but even so, every species had ships with their species as the majority. We followed Earth ships with mostly Earth crews.
