The glasses on top and the mask made it worth the watch. I've had many low catch or fishless trips in 67 years. 😬
Awesome fishing dude-- inspiring! I'll definitely remember
I've been watching how you just pick up the shakers straight from the water and tried that today. So easy! Thank you for showing me a better way to handle the little guys that I'm going to release.
Bro I feel your pain with the streak ending, but 14 months makes you a LEGEND! With a kayak!!!!
Those were also two each of the harshest weather Januarys and Februarys I can remember!
I thought that was a sea lion taking your first one off the stringer for a second... Bummer the streak ended but congratulations on 14 months straight.
I thought the same thing lol
Greetings from Redondo Beach 🇺🇸. Nice work and good fishing video. Cheers 🥂
Glad you enjoyed it!
14 months is a great streak, just enjoy fishing. That's why I watch you. Ty mike
Thanks for the footage 🤙😎
Great Day Adam!
Licenses are hard to get. How’d you get yours?
Good to see you back on course !!!
Hey how about a vid on what you wear out there wet suit? dry suit?waders?
Just the behind the scene details of the great commercial Kayak fisherman
Nice work as always!
Love your channel. What’s an appropriate # test for SF Bay halibut, mono or fluorocarbon? Is 30# too heavy?
30-40 lbs 👍
Hello Adam hope you are doing great, I was wondering if you have ever gone fishing in Ensenada Mx. For Tuna, Dorado or maybe Pargo or Red Snapper, I hear the fishing is great down there especially in late spring. If you do I'd like to watch a video maybe you and your friends, Ish, more then fishing or maybe the rest of the gane chárter a boat and go for some tuna would be a great video. I have never caught a big fish, when I was around 12 I caught a halibut in the 70's, I am now 62 and that would be my #1 bucket list things I would love to be able to do. Well sending you a great big hug and a rainfall of blessings for you and the rest of your family from the caotic Coachella California for the next 3 weekends with Coachella fest and Stagecoach concert weekends.❤
I have never fished down there but I would love to try it sometime!
It seems you know the nautical path you are on. Your consistency too sharing fishing tips will continue to serve you well. Fish on and share more my friend!
I caught a Thresher trolling for salmon on a green and chrome crocodile.
Hey guys where did you guys launch
Keep the videos coming 👍
Will do!
😪 we wont give up on you.
Ouch!!!
I Was Just telling your story to my brother to pump him up to go out to the bay.
Do you ship to AZ? I miss having fresh halibut I caught
Great job 💯💯💯
Fish On !
great video, I enjoy watching your adventures, may I ask how long of leader do you use while trolling,
3-4 foot is usually a good length
@@DieHardFishing thank you
Brih sleeping while fishing tho 😂😂😂😂 could have woke up out to sea tho
sunday was brutally slow on the water
Are you allowed to transport the fish you catch ? When I was commercial we had to sell to a fish broker on Port San Luis pier .
I have an additional license that allows me to do that. I will talk about it on a future video!
So are you using your new camera now?
I am in Santa Cruz and new to kayak fishing. How deep do you fish for California Halibut in April right now? And how should I change how deep I fish for Halibut as summer comes?
They can be anywhere from 10-100 feet. You just have to go out and find em!
@@DieHardFishing Okay thanks so much!
So I’m new when it comes to kayak fishing. I’m local to coyote point, is that a pretty decent place to launch and try to start fishing from kayak
I would recommend going out with someone else who has done it before if possible but that can be a nice place to try!
SF Bay? You can actually eat what comes out of the bay? 😁
Cheers
I'm new to trolling frozen herrings for halibut, I keep getting my leader line all stwisted up. Any pointer? I tried using multiple barrel joints. It helped a little, but still get twisted line sometimes.
I’ve had the same issue. What helps for me is dropping the rig slowly. When you drop fast it can get twisted up.
Besides multiple swivels, I would recommend checking your leaders every 15 min or so to make sure there is nothing that is clogging up the swivels.
😮 Hello, first comment on the channel, you do an excellent job, sorry for the question, what part of San Francisco are you fishing in, can I tell you?
San Francisco Bay
What speed are you going?
from 1-3 mph
Nice nice🎉
Just a friendly comment: I’m always surprised at the number of RUclipsrs that don’t secure their phones to their wrist or have them on a lanyard . . . I only putz around in my backyard and I have a paracord wrist strap (fluorescent red) to remind me that my phone’s not in my pocket. Phones are not cheap! 😘
Thanks for the tip!
I’d pay the over night shipping if you can send some fish by mail
You Didn’t Video Your Friend… that went with very much??? 📸 🎣 🐟?..
Next time!
14 months proves it can be Done.
All Year Halibut prove N By U.
I’m impressed Kid.

I’m 56 N I Like 2 Fish.
How much is a commercial license?
I have it broken down in a video from last season!
It’s like $800 roughly
So sad…Short Round Mahomes sounds like he’s throwing in the towel
So, we are not all created equal ! Why do you get to fish with more rods then me
Because I pay for a commercial license
You have to pay for commercial license
Just in case you don't know. A canoe isn't a boat. Get a boat.
4 days out of 31 is kinda lacking in the effort category but shit happens
Lol sure dude. Glad you can fish for halibut everyday though 👌🏽
