I also know enough to recognize that he is a real Ducati mechanic and i am a hack. The engine start up was excellent. The startup after a major repair is a great feeling. It says Cusworth Bikes on the plate, which immediately perked my interest even more. This dealer was based in Doncaster and flattened in 2008/09, being replaced by a furniture store and later a car park to aid the nearby job center and disability centre.
I'd say take the bike to its origins and park it where it once stood on the showroom, but knowing the area it might get stolen.

Following the restoration with great interest.

When I look at the video, I get a bit nostalgic and remember the days that I drove the 748's. How knows, maybe I'll find such a barn find as you.
