DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BDU. I have been waiting for months for a refund for an order I cancelled. They have not responded to multiple Emails, phone calls or snail mail. And I'm listed as one of their VIP members.
How about you quite pushing more items to purchase and instead ship the item that we purchased months ago. Been waiting over 5 months now same excuse warehouse is behind no eta 2 different orders. I am calling it BDU of old is no more. Today it is a scam they are taking money not shipping orders. I don't believe they even have the products!
