    thank you. I was doing a character with folded arms and when I was ready to connect them, I didn’t want the arms to connect to each other. This worked like a charm for connecting the shoulder

    Before you merge down, activate the "UV" button to keep them

    Is it possible to do this on more than one item in the same model?

    How can you make simple polygonal object in Zbrush and then export as sheet in DXF file to be laser cut so i can weld those parts and make that object?

      sometimes I use this method, but the last time there were holes in the seam when I wanted to smooth the seam. This method fills these holes and is more convenient to create a more regular seam

    Zmodeler no longer works, for me it makes a kind of remesh to my entire model when bridge

  • @emilianofigueroa9297
    @emilianofigueroa9297 Год назад +1

    why not just use dynamesh... then zremesh it or the lasso masking tool, this could all be done in 1 minute using zbrush honestly

      after dynamesh the UVs are deleted. I think not with this "classical" modeling. There are situations you want to keep UVs

    • @EduardoRamirez-k9j
      @EduardoRamirez-k9j 10 месяцев назад

      @@benz.1730lol you still have to modify UV s after do that, and the UVS needs to be created when you have a proper topology.

    and people pay for this??? Half an hour to make something that you cold do in a minute on blender..... the software is insane...

      Is sculpting mean to be faster in blender? (Im asking cuz only know maya - zbrush workflow because it's what im studying)

    • @AbyssalSoda
      @AbyssalSoda 8 месяцев назад +3

      Zbrush is faster in Blender in many aspects, as for this there are better workflows. In addition Zbrush allows for far higher details such as tens to hundred millions of polys with no lag, meanwhile blender starts to breakdown around a few million without doing a few tricks in the background to optimize it.
