@@slabnem1744611 The main function of this machine is to separate copper and plastic from waste cables, and the final product will be pure copper particles, plastic particles, and copper plastic mixtures

Very interesting, but haw many tons of wire do you need to recycle to recoup the investment?
Then there is the respiratory issues, as evidenced by your coughing.

@@JLange642 Hello. Thank you for your interest in our product. If purchasing the production line in the video, approximately 1.5 tons of copper particles need to be sold. According to the copper content of the cable being 60%, it is necessary to recover about 2.5 tons of copper cable to recoup the investment cost. In addition, the machine itself has a dust collection system that collects garbage and dust. The coughing of the tester in the video was caused by a cold. Thank you for your attention

I would be interested to see how the copper is separated from the plastic
What is the mechanism for this separation?

@@justinalias2279 Working principle: Waste cables enter the granulator and are first shredded into particles by the blades in the crushing chamber. Then, the mixed copper plastic particles are separated by gravity through a shaker screen, and the plastic particles and copper particles are discharged through different outlets

@@MeiZhang-kl1yn interesting, I wouldn't have thought that that would completely separate them like it does
