🤣😭😭😭😭this funny as hell man
Billy Pac The Kid
If we get caught Charlie were gonna hang God damn it billy😂
@@TC_Smitty When Billy met Pat Garrett at the dance, that was significant because Pat killed Billy.
@@cindygillespie If you mean Roose Bolton, it's not the same actor. The guy playing John Tunstlall is Terence Stamp.
Girl I love this movie. I can't believe SOMEONE is finally reacting to it.
I've been dropping requests for about a year. She's the first. Yay.
I've watched 2 people react to it. I don't know if their channels are still up, but people do watch it.
This is one of my all-time favorite movies 😁 you've gotta check out young guns 2 girl!
Yes !!! I need to see more 80’s movies!!!
You have good taste.
Another must see from the 80s is The Outsiders. A ton of stars started there.
I was going to say exactly this. GREAT movie!
Stay golden, Pony-Boy!
Outsiders, breakfast club, st. Elmo's fire, ferris bueller, lost boys, young guns & back to the future are all A MUST.
Yes!!
Please watch Young Guns 2 the sequel next it's a must lol
Agree. It's a fantastic sequel.
The sequel is phenomenal to both movies
Yeah, its defo gotta happen.
Agreed! I also, for the record, I strongly believe that Roberts is indeed Billy the Kid. I am very upset that he was never pardoned due to egotistical and prideful politicians not wanting to admit that William was never killed. Also, I believe that Pat Garret would never have killed his best friend.
Bill Roberts, aka Billy the Kid, aka William H. Bonney... May you rest in piece.
Very rarely do I love sequels more than the first movies, but Young Guns ll was awesome
Two Young Guns, actors Charlie Sheen and Emilio Estevez are real life brothers, sons of actor Martin Sheen.
I think Charlie and Emilio are half brothers. They have the same father but not the same mother.
Estevez is their real name. Martin used Sheen because Hollywood was so racist, particularly back in his youth. Carlos obviously decided to grab some of his dad's name recognition. Emilio stayed true to himself and made it on his own merit.
If you have seen Martin in his early career, he looks so much like Charlie. However, if you see Martin and Emilio now, they really look a lot alike.
@@biguy617 no, Martin and Janet Sheen are parents to both, as well as 2-3 other siblings.
@@greenpeasuit Yeah, their oldest brother is named Ramón Estevez, which is also Martin Sheen's real name.
@@biguy617 SAME madre.. what're u talking bout..??🙄
When I grew up in the 1970's everyone knew the story of Billy the Kid.
grigoriorifiel Same. Knew it by the time I was 6 or 7 years old. Knew about all those old outlaws
I grew up knowing about Billy the Kid, the Lincoln County War, and all that stuff because my parents had those Time Life books about the Old/Wild West. My favorite? The Gunslingers.
Then there was the episode of In Search Of about whether Billy was really killed by Pat Garrett or, since they were supposedly friends, Garrett let him get away and ended up killing somebody else. This led to the question of the identity of this old guy in New Mexico (I think) who pulled an Anastasia, claiming he was the real Billy the kid.
There were some who believed him, but apparently the people who didn't thought he was lying because his eyes were a speckled blue but The Kid's eyes were a clear blue...or was it the opposite? So, the guy died and it was still a mystery. I wonder if they ever definitively found out the truth (don't feel like looking it up)?
"I'll make you famous" "you can go to hell hell hell" in actual court documents in billys trial.
@@susanmaggiora4800 the same events are covered in the old John Wayne movie "Chisum".
Young Guns II is also very good. Jon Bon Jovi has a cameo in the beginning of the movie, sang two songs in the credits.
He did a whole studio album for the movie. I bought it as a teenager. Fantastic album
Oh, yeah. I just found that out, recently. Tom Cruise is in this one, outside of Alex's house, during the shootout.
This and Tombstone are two of my favorite movies from that time period. I still enjoy them.
I took my first girlfriend on our first proper date to see TOMBSTONE when it came out. That relationship crashed spectacularly and nearly killed me, but I still love that movie to bits.
Tombstone is my all-time favorite western. Fantastic acting. Just perfection.
I read a biography on “Billy the Kid,” and the Young Guns movies are about 70% accurate. All this stuff really happened. Hollywood changed some of the details, but the truth of “Young Guns” and “Young Guns II” is a part of why I always appreciated these movies.
Closer to 30% accurate. They got some facts right, but took Hollywood artistic liberties on a lot of it. Still a great movie. In the film they commented that they thought there were 50-60 men in the house when their were actually 5. In real life there were actually over 50 men in the regulators. Doc and Charlie were married to sisters, and no they were not Oriental. John Tunsatal was killed in February, not January 1. Murphy was never shot during the Lincoln county war. Dolan was barely in this movie, yet all siurses say he was the main villain of the story. Also John Tunsatal was only a few years older than Billy. I believe he was 26 when he died. But it got one thing right. Billy the Kid was known in stories and legend to be left handed, based on the tintype photo of him. But the photo was in reverse, and he was actually right handed, which in the movie Billy said "I'm not left handed" and I believe it's the first Billy the Kid movie to get this right. Either way, it's a fun movie and one of my favorites.
@@davesteller6301 Yeah, I don’t know the exact percentage, but they got a lot of the main events right. Billy was taken in by Tunstle, who did come from England. There was political corruption by Dolan/Murphy and sheriff Brady, who did everything to run the regulators out. The Lincoln county war was real. Billy did escape from jail a few times. One time shooting Bob. The regulators were trapped in a house and escaped, while having a shootout. They got enough right, while also changing a bunch as well.
@@davesteller6301 Young Guns 2 as I heard is way more off from the history of Billy the Kid.
Depends what you mean by "accurate". The basic plot of the movie is based on true events, but most of the events are changed a bit or embellished.
Liberties were taken, as Hollywood always does. But, the broad strokes were decently on point.
I love the tripping scene when the guy is puking and saying, "This Is Great."
Did you guys see the size of that chicken 🤣 great movie !
@@jennytaylor4968 I came here looking for this comment...LOL!
What I love most about this movie, is how the main cast portrays them as really young men way in over their heads. Casey Siemazko (Charlie) and Kiefer Sutherland both have this innocence to them.
Emilio Estevez aka Billy The Kid. Is the son of Martin Sheen and brother of Charlie. I liked him as Two Bit in The Outsiders and loved him as Gordon Bombay in the Mighty Ducks movies
Damn taught me something new with the last names you wouldnt expect it
@@Kon4Dence well... only Martin and Charlie changed their last name for Hollywood.
Side note: Emilio Estevez was part of The Brat Pack. He was Andrew in The Breakfast Club. He was also in St. Elmo's Fire and Repo Man
Billy's insanity is infectious in this film. That laugh! Emilio is phenomenal.
Just might be the best and most accurate in some ways of the life of Billy the kid.
Damn this is unexpected to see this is one of my favorite movies ever! I love the cheesy 80’s moments as well as the badass moments 😅
Dang, you are reacting to all the movies no-one is reacting to Thank You. I love this movie.
$200 in 1880 is worth $5,105.65 today. But the inflation of prices has far outstripped wages. So as far as buying power $200 then would buy what $15000 would buy today.
Yes, he is from Breakfast Club and he is Charlie Sheen's brother. Charlie Sheen's real name is Carlos Estévez.
They are also the sons of actor Martin Sheen( Estévez) From the TV Show the West Wing ,& Movies Apocalypse Now, Wall Street(He played his son Charlie's dad in that one LOL ) and he was in a bunch of other stuff.
@@Lafever1883 yep, and he had a heart attack on the set of Apocalypse Now.
Martin Sheen was in a movie with Jodie Foster called, The Little Girl Who Lived Down the Lane. Really, really good movie and Sheen was creepy and pervy as can be. If you guys haven't seen it, check it out sometime.
I had no clue that they're brothers.
Saw this in the theater when it was released. My dad took me. Even he loved it. You almost fell out your chair, India!
I really enjoy this movie but passed up a screening at a movie theater s couple years ago which I regret
The Bible is for them to get sworn in as deputies. I'd love to see your reaction to Red Dawn. The 80's version.
One of the greatest lines in movie history. "You see the size of that chicken?"
Which is an homage to Sleeper, by Woody Allen.. “that’s a big chicken”..
I prefer "it's only noodles Michael" but this one is good too. Or "we're in the spirit world asshole they can't see us".
I still bust out laughing at that part every time. "Did you see the size of that chicken!!"
Love Young Guns! My favorite was Doc - Keifer Sutherland. Had a huge crush on him in the 1980s.
Kiefer and Charlie both appear in Disney’s Three Musketeers as well.
This was one of the coolest movies ever when I was a kid. I watched it so many times.
"I see you've got Charlie Crawford with you!" ... :D
"Charlie Crawford ain't with you anymore!"😂😂😂
Charlie Crawford is also the character that Charlie Sheen later portrayed in the hit sitcom spin city.
The Charlie Crawford mentioned was a real guy and a minor player in the Lincoln Country War.
you should definitely see the second one aswell gives a good end to the storys developed in this one. love the reaction thanks for checking this slept on movie out
Thank you for including my favourite line:
"They can't own us like they own Little China Girl: for the price of a SHIRT."
This whole film is about liberation and doing what you want despite the odds no matter what society or life itself tells you. And that line, for me, boils it all down. The relationship with Doc and that girl is the Yin do Billy's violent Yang.
in real life his wife was mexican not chinese.
Terence Stamp, who played John Tunstall, also played Zod in Superman II with Christopher Reeve. So great.
$200 then should be a little over $5,000.00 now.
I answered the question too, but I didn't notice your answer until after.
Emilio Estevez and Charlie Sheen (who was born Carlos Estévez) are full brothers and the sons of Martin Sheen (real name is Ramón Antonio Gerard Estévez he changed it to get acting jobs) Charlie took a stage name like his dad, while Emilio kept his birth name. And, Keifer S is the son of Donald S. another well-known actor from back in the day.
They are sworn in as special constables at 7:26. It was a practice in the 19th century and into the 20th where you could designate special police officers to execute limited tasks such as a special set of warrants. Once the warrants were served the constables would surrender their badges and return authority to the sheriff/marshall for the territory.
I used to know so much of the dialogue from this movie when i was younger.....Great movie!
There's Young Guns 2. Billy the Kid comes back he's telling his story. Doc & Chavez are still alive. You should check it out and react to it.
Was just about to go to sleep and then I see you have reacted to one of my alltime favorite movies. Sleep canceled!
That picture they take after he kills Brady is a recreation of one of the very few and more famous pictures of billy the kid. google Billy the Kid and you’ll likely find that picture at the top.
For 130+ years this was believed to be the ONLY photograph of Billy the Kid. It's a tin type which reverses the image, leading to the popular misconception that he was a lefty, since his revolver is on his left hip. But closer inspection of the Winchester rifle shows the loading gate on the left side.
Since 2011, 2 other photos have been shown to show Billy, one of which is a group photo with none other than Pat Garrett.
I was a black girl in LOVE with this movie, and Part 2. I literally know Every line in this movie!!!
Those 2 movies are my absolute favorite movies!! I watch them everytime they come on!!
Young Guns is a classic and so is the sequel, you should react to it too =) Yes, that is Emilio Estevez from Breakfast Club, who played Andrew Clark the jock. Charlie Sheen is also his brother.
That's the quote of the day, "It got outta hand."
😂😂😂😂
This is honestly about 75% historically accurate.
Agreed, which is about on par for most good movies based on true stories. If in two hours it inspires someone to read the actual historical accounts of what happened and remains true to the spirit of real people and events, I don't mind creative liberties. Movies are fictionalized accounts, not documentaries. They're bringing these stories to life. :-D
no shoutout to Terry O'Quinn who played john locke in Lost?
Might not have recognized him he is alot younger tbh
I liked him best in "Millenium" with Lance Henrickson.
I'll make ya famous!" one of cinema's best lines!
I didn't remember Terrence Stamp in this movie. I was surprised when this became a hit!! It even had a sequel.
This is an awesome phenomenal Movie awesome storyline one of my all-time favorite movies when I was a kid when I saw it on HBO and Cinemax On TV cable box, you really really like this movie you're going to like Young Guns 2 it's worth a watch even better it's got a little bit more action I'm patiently patiently waiting for it to come to the 4K resolution Disc set with Blu-ray someday
Young Guns 2 is amazing! I like it more than the original, and that’s rare for a sequel.
These writers of these movies did an EXCELLENT JOB of being historically correct. I love history, and I appreciate that they wrote mostly truth.
I used to live in Ruidoso, New Mexico with my dad. It was one of Billy the Kid's stomping grounds and just down the road from Lincoln. It was so much fun to go to all the small towns that he would hide out at.
That final shoot-out, I still get goosebumps after all these years and having seen the film at least a dozen times.
Emelio Estevez makes for a very clean cut Billy the Kid.
This is literally my favorite western movie of all time..my dad had me watching stuff like this, and Tombstone, Wyatt Earp and older John Wayne movies..please do part 2! Thanks for being awesome..
Young Guns II...... Ya, I got my scars.... get teary eyed every time...
Cameo by Tom Cruise in one of the shootouts, he's wearing a mustache while getting shot in the chest
This is the story of Billy the Kid and his gang The Regulators!
I love this movie
It's one of my favorites 😀
Young Guns 1 and Young Guns 2 are my all time favorite movies!!!!
They talk a lot about the sheriff Pat Garrett , watch Tombstone. After Young guns 2
Young gun 2 " we shall finish the game". The second soundtrack is worth it alone!
young guns is great movie as well as two, which hints that billy survived his encounter with pat garett
Coming in kinda late here, but you really oughta watch "Young Guns II." The two movies together pretty much tell the whole true story of Billy the Kid.
true story of the Lincoln county war ....part 2 tells the story from the point of view of Ollie P. Roberts, also known as Brushy Bill Roberts who claimed to be Billy the kid having survived and changed his name
Please do “My Cousin Vinny”!!!
Kevin Prescott Yes!
One of the best Billy the Kid movies ever! And I can say that I’m old😊I’ve seen them all even the ones that were made before I was born😅
Remember a line from this movie was put in a rap song by Warren G and Nate Dog
Regulators--
We regulate any stealing of his property
We're damn good too
But you can't be any geek off the street
Gotta be handy with the steel if you know what I mean. Earn your keep!
Regulators! Mount up!
"Do you know Iron boy?" When it's supposed to be pointed at me "Hell yeah'...BANG!!!!
Yes, Billy the Kid played by the awesome Emilio Estevez was the Jock in Breakfast Club. He is also the brother of Charlie Sheen and both are the sons of the great Martin Sheen.
Nice to See young people watch the old and good classics.....
Someone probably already said but that picture of him with the rifle is a classic picture in real life
Emilio is the only person I can see playing Billy. He owned that character
Yes the one that played Billy the Kid is Emilio Estevez off of Breakfast Club and Mighty Ducks. Charlie Sheen that played Richard is his brother.
I Love Young Guns. 2 really good Films, with all Young hollywoodactors
They were deputized in the barn with the bible
You can't deputize yourself. The bible isn't magic, ...despite what millions of idiots believe.
@@malcolmdrake6137 They didn't deputize themselves, genius. The dude with the Bible was most likely the Lincoln County Justice of the Peace.
It's an oath, like when in court, it's traditional to swear or promise, on the Bible, to tell the truth before Man and God.
And calling people names because of a religious belief isn't cool, brave, intelligent, or anything else. I'm not sure why people think it's okay to do. It's not. No more than it's any of those things to call agnostics or atheists names. It's not okay.
And to clarify, Christians don't believe the Bible is "magic" any more than believers of other faiths (hint) and philosophies believe their texts are magic; even certain types of pagans, who actually believe in the concept (in its way).

This, Tombstone and The Quick and the Dead are my favorite westerns all time.
I think I had a crush on every single guy in this movie. Especially Kiefer Sutherland... Speaking of Keifer Sutherland, you should react to 24. That show will leave you on the edge!
That was a huge hit back in the day!
Have you seen COPLAND with Sylvester Stallone and Robert Deniro. Hope you check it out!
Definitely! Copland is a really good movie, which India should check out!
@@jaybird8192 Glad someone has my back on this 🤘
I thought kurt russel was in copland. Must be a different movie im thinking of.
You'd love Tombstone too! I hope you get a chance to watch it. Peace and love!
Tombstone is great, but I'd love to see her react to Clint Eastwood's the Outlaw Josey Wales (greatest western ever in my book and many others) as well as Blazing Saddles, greatest comedy ever.
Tombstone is a MUST! Outstanding cast.
ALSO, Outlaw Josey Wales /Clint Eastwood...
Two of THE best westerns ever. Seen all these multiple times!!! STILL be watchin em ... I own em, too. 🤗
You're no Daisy
Yes, and the Hateful 8
First of the two best Western movies.
It didn't actually get out of hand, just Murphy and John were competitors... A competition that escalated into a small civil war. In reality there were dozens on each side until the US Army intervened.
If you ever see this.....RUclips randomly gave your feed today. No s***.
I love this movie and am excited to see the rest of your (I’m an old lady) reaction to movie.
PS.; I’m 7 minutes in to your reaction
Why is no one else reviewing this !
I had this poster on my door as a kid. The Brat Pack.
So awesome !!!
Terrence Stamp, who plays John Tunstill, is famous for playing the best Superman villain from the films, Zod in Superman 2
Amazing movie. Me and my brothers used to quote Billy all the time when we were about to get in trouble with the parents " If we're caught, we're gonna hang... But there's many a slip twixt the cup and the lip." lol
One my teen faves, back when I.. was a teenager myself...😁
Young Guns 1 and 2 are my favorite westerns. Writing, acting and costumes were amazing.
History movies make more money than just plain old movies I grew up with Young Guns it's what I know about it not what I think or feel but I love that movie there's also a part two make a reaction on that one
Billy the Kid and Jesse James were two of the most famous outlaws to have actually lived. And yes, that is the guy from The Breakfast Club. Charlie Sheen’s brother Emilio Esteves.
Love this movie, part 2 is more of a retelling then a direct sequel.
Love this movie! Still watch it every time I run across it and that`s been a lot here lately. The second movie is good too!
I’m from the Mescalero Apache tribe and I’ve been to Lincoln where you can see where the shoot outs took place and see where he escaped from the court house... you have to watch the Young Guns 2 please....
Great movie about billy the kid also women Charlie was holding was his mom in the book
Great choice home girl. Love this movie alot. Billy the kid is my favorite character.
It's funny that one of the guys said "bad medicine", seeing how Jon Bon Jovi wrote music for the second movie.
You definitely need to watch part two.
I recently found out that Tom Cruise is on of the guys that is shooting outside of Alex's house. He is disguised. He just happened to be on the set, so was able to be an "extra".
Tom Cruise and Emilio Estevez are friends, Tom had a uncredited part in Young Guns. And Tom put Emilio in the first Mission Impossible, And That´s also a uncredited role.
i was 10 when i saw this in the theater... it STUCK with me!
I’m so glad u reacted to this awesome film hope u watch part 2 please it’ll show u wat happens to billy
This is one of my all time favorite movies but the second Young guns was even better. I could not see anyone other from Emilo Estevez play Billy the kid. He really nailed it.
I absolutely adore these movies!!!😘! It's the 'story' of Billy the Kid n his Posse!! "I'll make ya famous!"😉😁🙏✌💋🔥✌
I really love this film and couldn't believe someone finally reacted to it. The sequel is a must watch imo. Jon Bon Jovi liked the first film so much that he put himself forward to do the Soundtrack for the sequel and wrote Blaze of Glory due to these film's. I hope you can react to Young Gun's 2.
Other suggestions for western's to react to would be.
Tombstone
The Unforgiven. Clint Eastwood's version.
The Outlaw Josey Whales.
The Man with No Name Trilogy.
One of my favorite movies ever. :) This cast was all like, the up and coming famous people of the day. Lou Diamond Phillips you might also know from La Bamba? Keifer Sutherland from 24?
This was a one of those movies that got panned by critics when it came out in 1988, but it was wildly popular at the boxoffice. The fact that it came out at a time when westerns definitely weren't a thing anymore, made that rarer still. & it's on my personal list as one of those movies that I've watched a gazillion times & still doesn't bore me. I'm glad someone finally reacted to it. Some future reaction suggestions from that general time period: Platoon; Batman; Beetlejuice; The Lost Boys, & Edward Scissorhands.
The old man Mcsween played John lock from the show "lost". Also Tom Cruise played in this movie for about two seconds disguised. He is shot by I think Charlie when they make their escape from the house.
I love young guns one and two. Finally someone reacting to it, it needs more recognition
I love Emilio Estevez as Billy he was made for this role hes so funny. Movie The Outsiders made in 1983. Good movie with Charlie Sheen and Emilio Estevez
Wow someone did this movie ! Great Choice ! Because this one of my favorites .
And also what i almost never get to watch
This is a really good movie. I watched it in the theater in 88.
