Hi Sam, hope TB goes well, here in south west it is a very big problem, as for the Brain May programme, he is a real donker who culls his deer herd but you can not cull badgers. I know many circumstances where it is obvious badgers are the route cause and have seen a badger in broad daylight carrying TB. Farming as you say is very hard work but keep going one day there will be world famine.
How can you possibly not like or subscribe to your Videos Sam, I absolutely am addicted to this channel and the content in this one was great, to note though the machine wraps the feed seemingly about 20 times and it toolk you seconds to slash open a bale !! Enjoyed watching the tractor drop the feed in your new set up, Oliver behaving himself or some GREAT editing 😂😂 but also as they say behind every man there's a GREAT woman, I have one but feel I'm very protective to you for what you do.. A Great Watch.. nb be careful what you promote or youtube may Demonetize the channel, if you don't know read up.on this as some of my other favourite channels have been caught out with this. Thanks for your time..
@stephenwright3094 haha yes soon as it's on its coming off 🤣 thankyou for watching, and glad you enjoy 😄 oh okay promoting specific things ? I will have to have a look into it. Thanks for heads up !
We love watching your videos. We have walked the Mallerstang area a few times, its a wonderful place. So great today watching you all interact as a family 😊 Wishing you the all the best.
Hi Sam great video again love the auction action I did recognise the chap with glasses selling a black and white bull calf he farms around Clapham area some where think he’s been on TV in a program about The Yorkshire Dale and The Lakes don’t want to name him also good prices for the drafts x
Hi Sam, if the two car have got TV and you gotta wait 60 days then to cattle gonna be separated from the rest of the bunch I’ve had TV with one dad and I’ve gone down that route 60 and you got a separate I’ve got them separate
Lovely bunch of calves the will make great sucklers cross them with a lim bull that's mostly farm i let them rear one calf then fatten the cows over the winter have been getting money for them this last few years
Lily, I hope the Bead Fairy paid a visit . Busy as ever , weather does the majority of the work and makes us all smile. Yeah dead weight in the abbitoir , paid based on shape and fat class .keep doing which suits your system and yes a touch of feed will level them out and put a shine on their coats for sale.Heifers look great , wood be great mated to a Blonde bull. Was that man selling the calves in the ring in the check shirt with the glasses featured on Dale's farming series a few years back?.good luck with the purchases.
Hi Sam, if them two cattle I’ve got TV and you get a test done and you classes you’ve got to be with the rest of them. You’ve gotta wait 60 days to have another test done and not. Tom
bit of a coincidence you talking about t.b .......we been testing this week.......been reading them today .......got another reactor . we have to test every six months here in Devon . had a in calve Hereford heifer reactor back in July. and got a limousin yearling reactor this time.........seems to be no end to it
Was that John Dawson from the Yorkshire dales and the lakes tv programme in the ring lives at bleak bank farm. I was going to to say your up to 49 like you say you should of brought 3
Problem is we are not paying enough for our food ... however go out there and tell the general public...vote for us and we will double the price of food and see how many votes you get....and then the greedy supermarkets control everything in any case....But keep your chin up at least that fella of yours is always cheerful🤣😂
Sorry not telling you your business but for the heifers you should use Aberdeen Angus for first calfs lost 2 big bull calfs and a heifer first time calfers charolais
Another great video Sam, Is Oliver an actor part time or is he just that blunt?? Whatever hes a rum chap, ahha.. Also arnt you TB4 where your based?? We are in Gisburn, Tek care Sam and see you on the next en
badgers are far greater at spreading tb ..............they cleared out an area. near here .......left no badgers in it .........tb dropped off the map the following. year .......
I have also mentioned how the channel will suffer due to his attitude and his swearing. There is a good channel here but he spoils it. Stupid man thinks he knows so much about farming but hasn't got the sense to realise what RUclips requires. For a few minutes each day he could adjust his behaviour towards Sam, and cut the swearing.
@PeterMinshull I don't understand Jimmy... he hasn't sworn on this video? Like we said right from the beginning and still stand by it now if we're going to do it, we do it real... we aren't following others like a line of ducklings, and can't put an act on for camera. This is us. This is our daily life. And by the comments "youtube" seem to like it. Stop offending oliver. He's made this business what it is today. If you don't like his swearing, which i now bleep please dont watch" and I forgot about the TB as you saw he was trying to make me remember. But my memory is terrible.... did you no. "Honest people swear " 🤣🤔🫡
A lovely day, good views, plenty of hard work, nice stock but a good view doesn’t pay the feed bills. Wish you well with your enterprise.
Thankyou 😃🥰
