Gosh, could you imagine one of those Lantern skeletons as a ceiling light in one of the doll houses??!! That would be beautiful with a little light in it!
I really enjoy the parts without narration. You do a beautiful job of capturing the glory of the natural world.
Of course it's always enjoyable to hear you describe what you are up to. Can't wait to see how you continue to bring your Wonderful style to the shift in content. Thanks for moving forward and not stopping.
Love this new vlog of yours! The magical woodlands, working at the allotment, charity shopping and so much more, beautiful footage and lovely music, what’s not to like?
Looking forward to more 😊
Here’s a tip if you so wish to try it. To help prevent slugs/snails attacking your young seedlings, put on top of the soil crushed egg shells. The slugs don’t like the sharp edges.
I hope the 2 of you have a wonderful day.
Great tip, thank you.
Or a jar lid of beer; they will crawl in to drink the beer and drown
I really enjoyed this video. 😊 I like the vlog format.
Such a wonderful relaxing video, Thank you ladies ❤😊
Good afternoon. Isnt wonderful that no matter where we go in this world you can find beauty if you look. I enjoy seeing your country side in England. Thank you for sharing. Enjoy your week❤❤❤
The things I miss most since my health and mobility took a massive nosedive is, charity shopping, nature walks all year round, and poking about on a shingley (is that a word? 🤔) beach. Your fantastic channel never fails to raise a smile! Starting off with a majestic murmuration was wonderful ❤
❤❤❤
Wishing you well!
I sure enjoy their adventures too!
I am the same really missing all those things 💖

I can relate. I, too, have issues from an accident. Miss being able to do so much I used to. Really enjoy these dear ladies. Wishing you health.
Loved the murmuration …one of my favourite wild life spectacles ….have only seen one for real but I was totally mesmerised . Thankyou for another great video…looking forward to the next one !😊
It was much fun to watch your diary. I'm pleased you came to the US and got to see the Grand Canyon. I hope you had fun in the states, and I'm so grateful I found your channel. It quickly came to be my favorite because of the 2 of you and your relationship. Thank you for all the videos and sharing your time with us! ❤❤❤
Thank Yous, much needed & appreciated, having rough day, can't wait for more 🙋♀️✌️🎵⭐🌞
I love love the dancing birds ❤thank you for sharing pieces of your life
So great that you made that U.S. trip! I live in Northern California so if you ever make it up this way, I’d love to take you to my favorite thrift stores!
Awesome that you came to USA. Arizona is so beautiful. Have you been to the US before? Love watching you work in your garden. It’s my favorite summer pastime.
Your cinematography is wonderful. The vlog is a success. 😊
Hey girls! I hit thumbs up as soon as I select your videos. Beautiful. So curious as to what you thought of Arizona.
Hello, perhaps if you show particular beautiful view of your country, you could tell us where is it, as a point of reference. Thanks and hugs to both of you.
Love the new Vlog ❤ enjoy watching everything from gardening, scenery, charity shops and would love some knitting 🧶 and crochet
How lovely! Have you tried Diatomaceous Earth in the soil where your plants are being eaten? It's organic shell material and it discourages soft bodied animals from your plants. I've had to use it, and it works beautifully. (I'm in the US, so please keep that in mind, we have a lot of invasive species). I would love charity shops, even a grocery shop, how you cook over there, what foods, etc. Everything is interesting, lol. Have a wonderful week you two! Fleur, I hope you bought that skirt, it looked warm and cozy to move in!
Look for good grade if you use diatomaceous earth.
@@anoniaciesluk3273 so there is a difference. I was wondering, it last for years and my last batch was actual very tiny shell. This new batch is a powder? Thank you for mentioning this, I really appreciate.
Take us for high tea sometime! That would be SO fun. I’m an American who has always been a bit of an Anglophile. We don’t have many places for high tea in Colorado, lol.
The thing I admire about you is that you take the bits of history you find and use them not just put them on a shelf or in a drawer but use them to make more bits of history putting them together to make a different history of them. Then showing them to the world so they can enjoy your craft and joy and family. What ever you do next the videos you post I will love and enjoy. I just started to watch about two months ago from America a State called Missouri. So much I've missed
my greenhouse door always gets blown off in the winter, ive put a heavy item in front of it now. Also, do you have problems with mice and rats eating stuff at your allotment?
Beautiful. I just loved this so much. It helped to sooth my anxiety. I could have watched it for hours and hours... Thank you my lovelies xx Teresa ❤🇦🇺
Thank You☺️ Beautiful job with your edits and music, so very relaxing. I hope you have the opportunity to visit the SW USA again. There is so much more to see🌵🌞🐍🦂🕷️🌮🪇 but hey, you did get to see Joshua Trees , the Grand Canyon, and oh my favorite Hummingbirds 💞☺️ I lived in AZ 25 yrs and I miss it so very much, so glad you caught a glimpse 👍
I loved everything about this video ❤
I could watch it over and over again 😊
Kate!! That knitted pear vest! All your outfits are wonderful but that's getting into peak brownie territory! 100/10 Gorgeous little vlog, the videography skills are wonderful, nothing beats the English countryside. Would *love* to see more charity shopping (I mentally bought half of those framed prints LOL) more allotment, yes knitting, baking...anything. You both do things with such humble beauty. 🌿💚
So jealous of your scenery as we are under many feet of snow here 🇨🇦
Good job on maintaining and starting seeds in your lot.
I can't wait for your fiber arts next month! I'm excited to see what you do.
Look so forward to all of your videos, and enjoy them so much; no matter what you ladies get into! 😆
Kate I have a Hallmark mushroom wax seal stamp and a stick of gold sealing wax that I would love to send you if you would like it. I know you like mushrooms. 🍄
Sherrie Metcalf, US
As ever Fleur, Kate, this clog was very entertaining, the various subject matter is a great idea. Loved the photography in Arizona, those deserts and mountains are magnificent, not forgetting that awesome canyon! Great cowboy and Indian country.
Loved the video as always, so nice to see that you can find wool and stuff in your charity shops I'm in Lancashire and it is like gold dust here, 💖✨
Lovely video. ❤
You’re just an inch away from 30,000 subs!
A wonderful video full of my favourite things, thank you💛🧡🤎
I love your new videos! Such beautiful scenery! ❤ from Oregon in the United States
Real nice video great content will be watching and looking out for the next one can you let me know your PO Box number l have all the things ready just waiting to box up thanks 👍
Hello ladies. Love the new format of your videos. For your allotment. Look up lasagna gardening. It is a great way to amend you soil plus add red wiggler worms to eat their way through the debris and leave you with amazing soil. You can plant right in the layers while the worms do the composting. I love this no til gardening. LOL Sandra
Love the vlog style. Would love to see knitting, more charity shops. So happy you got to the Grand Canyon. (I’m in the U.S., east coast).
I enjoy all your videos in my eyes you can do no wrong 😊 top tip to deter slugs, crush a few cloves of garlic in a around a litre of warm water and once cooled use it to water around the plants. It doesn’t stop them completely but reduces the attacks a lot xx
This video was very relaxing and I enjoyed it! Please be careful and stay safe! ❤❤
Would love to see the charity shopping, more craft making & the knitting!!
Me, too!

Does your ground do the freeze thaw thing in the Winter, I was surprised that you could dig so deep in the garden . Have a good week?
That was very interesting, thank you for sharing
🙋♀️❤️. LOL. I didn't notice that you weren't talking. Sometimes pictures are worth 1,000 words. I enjoyed this video thoroughly. Aren't starlings fascinating? Thanks for sharing!
The opening image is just gorgeous ! Wonderful filming, well done!
What a beautiful introduction to calm one. Thank you so much ❤️
The visuals are wonderful, so beautiful, no commentary needed. Treasure hunting in charity shops sounds great, looking forward to more. ❤
What treat to see the beauty and peace in your part of the world!! Glad you made a trip to my side of it too!!(USA). I will have to say , being hearing impaired, I was disappointed that captions were not available on this video. This video made me smile greatly though!!Looking forward to more of your wanderings!!!🥰🥰🥰
Some of my favorite things are in this video. . .Sunny cat, snow, ginger cat, charming countryside, grey tabby cat, and one of my two favorite mudlarking mother/daughter duos gardening at their allotment and in Arizona enjoying the magnificent scenery of the Grand Canyon. Greetings from eastern North Carolina!
The best way to get rid of slugs and snails, which rakes dedication, but works, is to go slug and snail hunting at night. Take a torch and a plastic bag. You'll soon spot whats feasting on your shoots. Stick them into the bag and remove them. We have irradiated our beasties this way. Its taken a good while but was worth it.
That was a lovely relaxing watch. Its been a good long while since I've seem a murmeration of birds. It was such a common sight when i was growing up. Development has meant the fields they once flew over, have been built on. Such a sad loss. Its such an amazing and memorising sight to see.
A lovely start to January. I look forward to your next post. So see you then. X
Really enjoyed this video. Perhaps you could alternate the talking ‘ vlogs’ with one like this as I found it really relaxing without commentary. Good luck on future videos.
What a beautiful video!! Thank you for sharing! I'll be very happy to see more such videos, if that is what you choose to do! kindest regards to you, k
That was wonderful ,I really wouldn't change anything to that format .I could feel my blood pressure going down watching that lol . Got to love a murmuration ! We went to our local marsh last week to watch one ,it was funny as everyone around me was watching it and I'm looking at nothing ,I was too short to see them through the trees 😅.So back we go this Friday but to a different position 🤞.Thank you so much for taking the time and doing these video's ,they are so appreciated
Loved it!! Research with companion plants you can plant amongst the "babies" that have been eaten by critters. There are many companion plants that are both eatable as well as repel the bugs. Most likely, you have something in the ground/dirt that is coming up and making a feast out of your seedlings.
What is am allotment exactly. I see it's garden space but is it far from your house ? Do u not have even that small amt of space at your home? Just curious. 64 yr old doll and gardening lover from 😢Western NC here
I love your vlogs, and I’m really looking forward to your next one! Thanks for brightening my day🌾xx
Loved the new vlog! As an Arizona resident I'm a little sad I didn't get to say hi, hope you had a wonderful time. Love sharing your adventures wherever you choose to take us!
Absolutely wonderful, only one problem:way too short. Keep well. I watch some slow living RUclips channels and this has that feel.you can get a small oil heater for greenhouses to keep the frost off
That was wonderful 🙏 so thankful for your soothing content. Loved all the different segments and views of the countryside 🙏
Hello Ladies.. loved this❤️! Beautiful!!
Ahoi! Love the videos of your adventures in the allotment and around the world. Relaxing and beautiful video as always
Fabulous I loved it. Looking forward to Februarys . As well as next weeks mudlarking video x
I loved watching your January vlog ladies, one of my favourite things is going to charity shops, enjoying the hunt for treasure lol, love knitting too l can’t crochet though ☹️, l need to look into if there is any classes near me and enlist, and of course I love miniatures and dolls houses, l managed to find a 1/12 scale knitting pattern book, that’s one thing I want to do this year, hopefully I have some knitting needles small enough, looking forward to seeing more exciting videos ladies, tfs x Julie
Wow that was quick lovely and different I have some small gift boxes for you but don't know how to get them to you
Thanks for the lovely film. ♥️
A tip for the greenhouse door, to make it slide faster - graphite powder. 🙂
I hear that one can make a slug trap with beer. But, of course, it’s not a “catch and release” situation. A friend of mine uses them when she’s not able to get any of her plants to stay alive. She quips, “At least they die drunk and presumably happy.”
Great idea
Your charity books are much better then ours. Liked this. ❤❤❤
Hello from California😎 i have watched your vlogs for quite awhile and i think that you both are adorable 😊
Omg you were in az ❤️that’s where I live ❤️I hope you enjoyed yourself ❤️
Since you were at the Grand Canyon , I hope you made it to Sedona az because you were so close and I feel it’s more beautiful than the Grand Canyon ❤️
Love to see your charity shop halls..
Loved this vlog thankyou x
Lovely video ladies .It was enjoyable.
Pure joy watching you both.Love it.Loved the skirt btw .
Always love your videos - however, you did make me a tad nervous by the grand canyon - lol
Lovely video, loved seeing the Starling murmarations.Glad despite all the storms and rain you didn't suffer too much damage at your allotment. Best wishes from Yorkshire Dales England.
Loved the video. My only tip…. Make it a little longer, so I have more to enjoy.😊
I love this video ladies. I love seeing the country side. The charity shop is fun. I cant wait to see next months.
I think you did an awesome job on your first go at this. Relaxing and enjoyable. Love your channels. My husband was born in Arizona, and seeing the Grand Canyon again brought back memories of our honeymoon trip out west a few decades ago. Really looking forward to your next vlog. Hope to see more of the charity shops. Looked like lots of interesting, well priced finds. I think this was a good mix of content. The area you live in looks beautiful. You both did an awesome job. God bless.
Wonderful video Ladies, I look forward to many more!!
🎉thankyou for a relaxing watch to the end of my birthday 🎉😊
I enjoyed the video. Do the two of you knit all those lovely sweaters you wear?
I put hair (clippings from hairdresser), cat hair from brushing Mog (his name), dog hair also works. I scatter it lightly around plants/new shoots that slugs n snails love. Works a treat.
Smart thinking
How and why Arizona? I'm so curious. What were your impressions? I think New Mexico is even more beautiful, but I'm prejudiced.
I don.’t know what music this is, but it absolutely soothes my soul. Thank you. Great vlog, I enjoyed it very much. Your trip to Arizona, yea! I was raised there for all my childhood now I live in the Pacific Northwest. I feel like you two, Oscar and the lovely Sunny are kindred spirits. Michael and I (Clara) just signed up to your main channel as supporters. Tough choice, because your second channel is in my blood, too. I adore you.
Love to see the snips of your countryside- so verdant - everything seems to grow easily there. And it was amazing to see you exploring in mine! The Canyon can be so hauntingly beautiful in winter. Arizona is just in my backyard, so to speak (we are in Albuquerque, New Mexico). Hope you enjoyed the Southwest!
Beautiful video, very relaxing, wishing you both a wonderful day. Take care. Thanks from New York State.
How long did you stay in the United States? Was this your first time? Where else did you go in the United States? Sorry all of the questions, but I was excited you were here. This was a very interesting video full of nature’s beauty. Have a wonderful week ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💜
I loved this video also🤗👍 It was so beautiful and "artsie" like a million little paintings for your memories......My husband of 46 years sat and watched with me. He loved it too.
Now that you’ve been to the Grand Canyon, you know the desert climate is where I live!! I’m just north in Nevada. Isn’t it beautiful?!! Quite a bit different from the very green moist area your from. Love your garden! I also have a greenhouse similar to yours with the polyurethane panels all around it. It stays very warm inside during our winters, and extremely hot in our summers, which is why I have to cover mine over the top to keep plants inside from baking, literally! Love this video, it shows a different part of you that I’ve been curious about. Well done!! ❤️❤️
How Lovely !!! Charity shops.. Nature .. A lovely video ,, Thank you x
Very curious to hear details of your trip to Arizona.
Nice video, really enjoyed it! Finishing up my coffee then heading out to the second hand store myself. The crucifix I've worn around my neck for 20 years broke the other day, and I hope to find a new one! God Bless!
You are women after my own heart! All the things I love. ❤ a beautifully calming and serene film. I so look forward to your uploads! Love from New Zealand. 🇳🇿
Really enjoyed the different things in the video especially the op-shopping (charity shopping?). Would like to see what you actually bought. I’d also like to see a plan of your allotment. We don’t have those in Australia and I actually thought you only had one greenhouse and a bit of ground in front of it. Obviously there’s more. Really interesting. 🙂
I absolutely loved the lovely landscapes of your garden. Food for the soul. Thank you!❤
Really enjoyed this vlog, more on the allotments please.
Thank you so very much for bringing the beauty of nature to me during this long winter! I'm in Wisconsin USA, so it's ❄️
thank you so much for sharing the beautiful countryside in England. I lived in Bracknell when I was a child and so fell in love with your country. am attempting to be able to retire there. Thanks for all you do.
I loved your January. Thank you so much.
I love to go through old pictures and maps. I found a really really old map of Europe, nothing like anything to day, a pity that there is`nt any date. I also found a lot of old train-pictures and sailing boats, love it. I have framed them all. Thank`s for the tour.
I sure hope you are both healthy. Enjoy the videos
