My biggest tip for first timers that have never raced karts before is, race against yourself, focus on your lap times and how you can get speed. Do not worry about the seasons points and do not stress the race results much, because if you are focusing on how you can get faster and where you can trim time off all in due time you will win and not stop haha.
WoO show at Husets when Larson won, he passed for the lead and you couldn’t hear the cars over the cheers of people. That place has a real good atmosphere.
From SE MN and looking to get myself and my kids into dirt track karting at toners and asphalt at little elko but have zero knowledge. Really wanna get into this but don't know where to start
Can you walk around the Pits and blog and talk to people what’s happening in the Pits in between your raceWould be cool to see what’s happening… podium up!!🤞😛. Keep up the videos thanks …
Thanks for the tips, this is my first year kart racing. To be honest, I'm really nervous. I have to run Burris slicks, can you grow tires without a hot box and did you worry much about tire pressure. Like using more tire pressure to get to the stagger your wanting?
Yes! Pump them up full of a bunch of air - and set them outside in the sun for a day or two. I gained upwards of 2 inches on my tires last year doing that!
